Great location and great views. It’s the Hilton so ofcourse you get the luxury. The buffet meals are great too.

The hotel provided a spacious and comfortable room, with a satisfying breakfast and a convenient location just a short walk from the shopping center. The mall offered a variety of dining options, including a food court with Chinese dishes and well-known fast-food outlets like Burger King and Starbucks, alongside restaurants serving hotpot and sushi. The abundance of retail stores made it a good shopping place. During our stay, we experienced the super typhoon Yagi, and I was highly impressed with the hotel staff’s dedication and professionalism. The managers on duty (floor 19th and 27th) during the typhoon ensured the safety of guests despite the power outages and poor communication. One staff member even delivered dinner to our floor 19 in the middle of the night when the electricity was cut off, showcasing the team’s exceptional commitment during the crisis. In the aftermath of the typhoon, the hotel efficiently provided food, water, and resumed breakfast and dinner services the next day. The swift recovery of electricity and communication was handled smoothly, and I commend both the local authorities and the hotel management for their efforts in ensuring locals and guests' safety and comfort throughout this challenging time. May Guanyin bless the people of Hainan and the frontline staff who work tirelessly day and night to recover from the damage caused by the typhoon.

The restaurant can feel a bit warm at times, but adding one or more cooling units / fans could significantly enhance the comfort level, making the atmosphere more pleasant and enjoyable for guests. Despite this, the overall experience is still very positive, with good food and good service that more than compensates for the minor temperature issue.

They upgrade our room to the sea view room upon knowing our birthday. The staff helped us make payment when we cannot use our app like wechat and we pay them n cash, they are always eager to help, that makes them a place to come back for.

Abit confusing i book which room because they will ask if ive booked the condo room or the guestroom, ended up in condo room. Need to note that swimming in their pool needs to wear cap, if not cannot enter the pool which will be a bummer. They do sell it though

Great room - not sure if they upgraded me to a junior suite but the room was spacious and had everything I needed. It was a comfortable stay.

The pool is not a typical hotel pool that I am used to - you need swim caps to swim, and it’s not where you can lay around and catch some sun

Staff are generally polite and helpful.

Hotel room seems aged, with grime on the bathtub, flickering lights and one light unable to switch off and had to call front desk to send someone up to fix in the middle of the night.

The breakfast spread was good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I’m not sure why I was charge twice in my credit card. The charging of credit card was not informed.

Very gorgeous hotel, spacious and luxury rooms and common places. The breakfast buffet offers the best of western and Chinese cuisine and has a multitude of choices. The staff was always ready to help.

There is a full kitchen but there are no equipments to cook! Or microwave! Best if there are cutleries / plates / knives / chopping board and a pan if possible!

The location is within 15 minutes walking distance from several shopping centres.

The rooms are not sound proof and noises from corridor are heard clearly.

The coffee espresso machine in the room and the view from the windows room.

The western breakfast was really far away to be considered acceptable.
