A pleasant hotel in every way. I stayed twice in a short interval. The room was worse the second time. The windows did not face the street but the patio with the pool - was a bit stuffy. Not a bad breakfast with a wide choice of hot dishes. Recommended.

The hotel is located right in the square in the center and in the evening in front of the hotel a minibus from which very loud in a circle sounds very nasty advertising. If the windows face somewhere on the other side of the hotel, maybe it's nothing, but the first night while I was in the room with the window open, after 100 repetitions, this advertisement started to annoy me terribly.

Very good restaurant where we ate every evening. Our room was very dark with one window that faced the swimming pool: not very nice and not good for our privacy. But after one night, we asked for another room with daylight and they gave it to us. Good taxi service.

Our first room was like a bunker without window that let in some daylight. So be aware of the room you book!

The staff were great. Maria at reception was incredibly responsive and helpful and changed our room for us when there was an issue. She also helped us with transport. All the other staff were welcoming and helpful.

The rooms are tired and need refreshing, particularly the bathrooms.

Everything! We had use of the spa, jacuzzi and pool which was fantastic for our relaxing break. Breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice. The superior room was huge and very comfortable. We would stay here if we came to Cajamarca again.

Hotel is in the best location in Cajamarca, hotel is very clean with excellent facilities and excellent staff who were always friendly efficient and helpful thank you all for a very enjoyable time

It served as a comfortable oasis after a tiring tour...Being able to look out onto the Cajamarca square was a treat....The room was clean and modern. Having a decent restaurant was a nice perk.

One of the front desk staff members was very nice and helpful...The others, not so much.

Close to the main plaza and attractions.

Communication directly with hotel reception by phone was a bit difficult. They didn’t answer the phone calls. Phone calls to Lima worked better, so I made the payment through Lima, but branch in Cajamarca didn’t get the notification and asked for the payment voucher to be sent directly to them.

I loved the breakfasts. It had a good variety. The bathrooms downstairs were also clean. The clerks were very attentive too.

The staff should control more outside too. I saw a woman just lifting her skirt and peeing just in front. I wish they could build a ramp to "climb" to the sidewalk

The food , they change the menu every day. Love the fruit. The pork was soo good.

I was sad because they did not have Almond or coconut milk. They have soy milk which is not my favorite.

Customer service was excellent!!! Highly recommended. Mr. Luis Pérez was very nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond. Room was all equipped, comfortable and clean. Food was good was well. I would love to come back son.
