Automatic doors, which is much appreciated, especially when you are in a wheelchair or scooter and doors were wide enough to safely drive into. The bathtub could have been wider but grateful for the shower chair, which was finally squeezed into the tub with a bit of muscle. I like the sofa, which was used more for my luggage rather than sitting. The breakfast was good and staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Everything was good except for the small bathtub. It needs to be wider to safely fit a shower chair.

Having no elevator, it was nice that the stair had a landing half way. It didn't seem like walking a whole flight with luggage.

The plug-in, on the bedside light fixture, is loose. I use a cpap and require a plug near the bed. When I was removing my plug from the electrical socket, the socket pulled out from the fixture very easily. The socket should be secure.

Breakfast. Was good location was great and I was able to find my way around town. The staff were very friendly and helpful

It was quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast typical pre-made eggs, bagels toast etc but adequate if you want a quick bite and be on your way.

The hotel was very quiet, and the hotel breakfast was ver spartan in what was provided. Not unreasonable given the situation.

Great location for overnight stop. Parking out front of room. Breakfast included with good choice of hot and cold options. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Had to ask reception how to use the shower as not obvious.

Very welcoming staff. There were complimentary cookies, coffee and lemon/cucumber infused water. Room was very clean. All tv channels. Breakfast super good. They had eggs, ham, waffle maker. We will definitely stay again

Very friendly front desk staff. Two thumbs up. Accommodations were dated, but clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was customary for this type of hotel. All in all, it met our expectations for the price.

we had a great stay, the hotel was quiet, loved the full sized fridge in the room, lots of space to move around in. the breakfast bar was wonderful, the staff were super friendly and even allowed us to check in early

my only complaint is the wifi can be slow or spotty at times.

Stayed in here multiple times as we booked last minute. Each and every time we were greeted with friendly staff and they were able to accommodate our needs to what was available at the time. Breakfast is delicious and fresh and clean dining areas.

There are no elevators so when we stayed in second floor it was a challenge having the stroller, luggage and two young children.
