The ladies at the reception and in the kitchen were absolutely kind and friendly. They gave me hints on which beaches to visit by Uber or by walking. Breakfast was good quality, the room was clean and the bed was good quality. The room was the perfect size and the bed was huge.

Nothing to complain about the property but be aware that you must make sure that the beaches don’t have a sewage canal. There are beaches that are cleaner than others. Barequeçaba was quite big but had three or more sewage canals on the other hand Arrastão was small but had no sewage canals. I didn’t visit any other beaches.

The ladies in the breakfast were the best people! Always smiling and making sure we had good food at all times! The localization is also super good.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in our room when we arrived. But the reception spared us a mosquito spray to help with the situation. However, it would have been better if they had sprayed the room before our arrival.

Beautiful Pousada right in the heart of town. It’s a perfect base for a few days of exploring Sao Sebastião. Very nice breakfast, too.

The rooms are a little dated but they’re correctly priced.

For the price, at least they should offer during the arrival a bottle of water or a refresh tea or expresso coffee as a "welcome". They have expresso machine in the reception. You should pay to have one.
