It was awesome. The staff is so kind thank you especially for the waiters ! The food was pretty great ! The property is just beautiful so peaceful and our room was clean!

The music is too loud at the swimming pool. And just the receptionist can be more careful of the details of reservation : we booked for an all-inclusive but the receptionist told us first there was no all-inclusive… so just be careful

This hotel is amazing considering the affects of storm Dorian and the impact it has had on the island. The location is exceptional the pool the sea are just amazing. Staff were welcoming and friendly. It was very quiet with day passengers from cruise ships and it was out of season. food choices for me personally were a bit limited but as the number of people arriving increased them by offering buffet options which provided more choice. However the table service meal quality in terms of presentation and heat of food were much better.

We understand that the hotel is about to have some investment and this is great news. The room needs upgrading in particular the showers and baths and also the air in which is hard to regulate and noisy. Carpets need replacement.

First, the staff was awesome. Absolutely wonderful people. Friendly and kind. The grounds were well kept and felt safe. A variety of food and beverages. Infinity pool looked out over the beach. Quiet and relaxing.

Not much else to do outside the resort within walking distance. The market is disappointing and nearby restaurants are expensive.

The welcoming and hospitality

Like ive said before, Im regular here because I have family on the island and this is The Best place of all on the island to stay in but carpets and elevator NEEDS to be changed! Government owns it and this is where they also stay when visiting and the foul smell in elevator cause it was flooded when hurricane, it also doesnt respond on first touch of floor selection, you can stay a while in it if dont reselect; bedrooms carpets are old; the hotel needs to invest even if its by sections if not completely at once.

LOVE IT AND MY FAMILY AS WELL, LOOK FORWARD TO ANOTHER TRIP THERE THIS YEAR. HOWEVER, NEED MORE ISLAND TOUR OPPORTUNITIES FRIOM LIGHTHOUSE POINTE AND/OR INFORMATION REGARDING.

LONG WALKS ALONG THE SHORELINE, SEEMS TO BE STRANGERS LURKING ABOUT THAT MAYBE TROUBLE UNITS.

The staff was wonderful especially Julien the server and Alexis and Bobby the bartenders they were the best treated us as family we will be back!

This place is Amazing. Like a hidden gem in the Grand Bahamas. All the staff treated us really nice, super friendly, very respectful. Place is clean. Their food was very delicious along with the drinks. You ll love the view to the ocean from the pool !!

No ice vending machine, only one in the first floor, and no microwave in the room, but no big deal.

The people were and always are AMAZING!

AC wasn’t working properly. However we got a different room after day one or two.

Staff was friendly and definitely took time to take care of you. It was clean.

Breakfast and dinner were buffet and we were a little disappointed in that. It was good food, there just was no option to get a menu item for dinner.
