We had a fabulous 10 night stay at Crystal Waters in June 2024. The accommodation and hotel facilities were outstanding, as were the friendly and efficient staff. Big shout out to Silia and Ali who made our stay fun and all the more enjoyable. A short walk into town and to the beaches and a 15 minute taxi ride to Nydri and Lefkada, where both towns are much busier.

Probably the most consistent and friendly staff of any holiday Very rare I could easily mention over ten people by name who went above and beyond or at least were exceptionally helpful We always say it’s the people you meet on holiday that make great holidays extra special it’s not always what they say that you remember it’s how they make you feel, that’s what’s stays with you and the below people all typify this warm happy feeling, (although now sad because our holiday with you at Crystal Waters has now come to an end) The cleaners Elijah and his wife, very nice people , hardworking we wish them well Thanos, we can tell Thanos genuinely loves working here, you can see he has a heart of gold , he has a special place in our hearts we just love the guy and appreciated all the help and huge smiles ,he must be great to have around Branca so wonderful to meet her, such a happy smiling kind lady Katerina another huge beaming smile and happy to help organise anything Eleni Where our journey started many months ago helpful emails and a final wonderful heart warming email and such a nice person, for helping and arranging the perfect room based on our requests, how often does a hotel listen and help you achieve the requests Chrissa and Kostas again so helpful nice people and always happy to help. Ionna always remembers our name Effos the lady with the round glass in Duende and the amazing lady from Argentina Quite a few staff from Emerald , one young lady always remembered I would forget a spoon (for my yoghurt) and would just turn up with one, (how does she do that) ! 😊 And of course, our ray of sunshine to greet us at breakfast every morning the fabulous ever smiling Efi , who effortlessly dealt with the constant stream of guests every day, we wish her all the very best.I dont have room to say everything but must mention the lovely Nota from Natsumi and Ahmed for amazing evenings in the oriental restaurant so helpful and great fo

A must visit hotel Our stay at Crystal Waters was seamless from start to finish. Firstly, we had requested our check-in/out dates to be changed and the hotel responded promptly and politely to accommodate this request. Upon checking in, we were greeted by CHRISTINA and the rest of the team who were very friendly and helpful. They showed us to our room almost immediately. Thank you to ALI for always insisting to carry our bags both to and from our room. The room and the pool was lovely and very clean upon arrival and the house-keeping staff always did an amazing job tidying up each day! A special thank you to CHRISTOS, EFSTATHIOS & APOSTOLI who, without fail, greeted us with a very warm reception every morning either by the breakfast bar or when serving us drinks by the swimming pool. We highly recommend Crystal Waters for both couples and families and we look forward to coming back in the future!

This is a beautiful hotel! It’s spotless clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home.  The environment was pleasant and very welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The architecture, atmosphere, and service were great in this big hotel. This is the place if you are looking for a good hotel with many pools and good food to eat within the complex. The restaurants there are two of the best restaurants in town. In general, they went over and beyond to help us make our stay enjoyable. They have upgraded our room by giving us a room with a private pool, which was extraordinary, and we are thankful for that. We will definitely come back :)

Plenty of choice that catered for dairy and gluten free, low fat options. Staff accommodating to preference for timing of eggs to be cooked if wanted more hard boiled or to use less oil in fried options. Lovely location overlooking the pool, and staff were friendly and very helpful, speaking good English. I usually can not bear for music to be played around the pool, but the playlist was soothing and not too loud making it tolerable. Rooms were spotless and a good size with modern showers and electric blinds. As well as a good size fridge and bottled water provided.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough for its outstanding hospitality, beautiful accommodations, and unrivaled amenities. Welcoming Experience From the moment I arrived (quite late in the evening), the service blew me away. I was warmly greeted by Christos and his incredibly professional reception team. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and my luggage was promptly delivered to my room. To my surprise and delight, I was upgraded to a room with a private pool, setting a luxurious tone for my visit. Throughout my stay, the reception staff exceeded my expectations. I want to give special mentions to Christine and Christa, who went above and beyond to ensure I felt thoroughly welcomed. A heartfelt thank you to Christos, who demonstrated exceptional customer service. The reception team is a true asset to this hotel. Room and Amenities The room itself was modern and beautifully designed, offering thoughtful touches like complimentary wine and fresh fruit upon arrival. It was well-equipped with: Tea and coffee facilities A mini fridge Hairdryer High-quality cosmetics And, of course, the highlight was the stunning private pool that elevated my stay to one of sheer luxury. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax in privacy. Spa, Gym, and Massage One of the standout features of Crystal Waters is the spa and gym experience. The gym is tucked away on a secluded hillside, offering breathtaking views while providing top-notch equipment. It was a serene and inspiring spot for a workout. But the true gem of my stay was the massage with Dimitra. Having traveled extensively, I can confidently say it was one of the most incredible massages I’ve experienced.

There was not much that needed attentions during my stay but to make an improvement I would suggest: Milk in the room for coffee and tea Keeping the local bus schedule into Lefkda for tourists

We made Crystal Waters our home for the whole month of July! And loved every minute. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Ali and Theo who took our bags straight off us! From then the check in was smooth and Ali went out of his way during our whole stay and made us feel right at home with whatever we needed whenever we needed it - he was outstanding! Both Ali and Theo were there and friendly the whole stay. Our room was a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with additional toilet downstairs - it was such a well appointed room and very clean - with the cleaning staff daily not missing a beat in refreshing our room. SO nice to walk back into everyday. The breakfast was easily one of the best resort buffets I've experienced - great variety did not disappoint our fussy kids eating habits either - special mention to Ioanna who made our kids feel special and made a great impression off the bat. She was the sole reason our shy kids felt comfortable going down to the kids club to give us some adult time to enjoy the amazing cocktails in the Pool bar from George the barman. George (the barman) made us feel so welcome and his customer service is next level - not to mention his amazing cocktail making skills!!!! Sooooo good!!!! Stathie the Poolside server was just unreal - his attention and customer service was stellar, like George, Stathie made us feel right at home and nothing was ever a problem - he's definitely like George an asset to Crystal Waters!! The Poolside service and Poolside menu was delicious and fresh catering to the kids menu was on point and so was the adult menu - super tasty with great quality, the chicken cesar and the chicken wraps where definitely on high rotation on our month long stay by the pool for lunch! Not to forget Satoris too for his customer service around the pool was amazing! The food at the restaurant was epic too - the signature chef has nailed it at the main restaurant and the room service menu was again awesome!!

The internet on Greek Islands is super slow - but I told them about Elon Musk with Starlink to solve that problem and it will be sorted next time we go!!!

Amazing facilities. Very clean. All staff, cleaners/ reception/bars/restaurant, very friendly and helpful. They respond very quickly on emails which is amazing and especially if you have some last minute questions or requests great. Breakfast is brilliant. Pooll-bar very fancy.. They serve you drinks and (a very tasty) lunch menu in the pool area. We will definitely come back.

To be fair there wasnt really anything but if i have to think of something, there isn't a village on walking distance. There are shops and restaurants (fancy and less fancy ones) on 2 min walk but no proper village. However there is a bus stop on 2 min walk of the hotel which brings you in 10-15 min to Lefka's town and the other way also in 10-15 min to Nydri.

Beautiful hotel with modern rooms, 3 public pools, friendly staff, great breakfast and an amazing Asian restaurant. The hotel is built like a little village and is absolutely beautiful. If we come to Lefkada again we would definitely stay here.

A bit more storage in the bathroom would have been good.
