The stay was good

I did not realize at the time, i just googled Hampton inn sulfur springs. Two thing that were my fault. I book room for May, fat fingered. Thought it was canceled that is the May reservation. In May i received the receipt for the room i thought was cancelled at check in. I called Hampton about the bill. Then i was informed that I did not book through you. But I made the mistake but, i would have thought someone would credit me

The staff was very friendly and professional. The facility was clean. It was easy to access. The roo was clean and had everything we needed.

The breakfast was good. Did not like the chicken sausage. I did not care for the gravy. The toaster was very slow toasting the bread.

Exceptionally clean and much better than expected. Room was comfortable and slept like a baby which is always a bonus in a hotel room.

No complaints. Didn’t partake in breakfast but the rest of the stay was on point.

I loved the convenience of having coffee choices! And, breakfast. All set up and ready! And, not having to go out get in the car and drive somewhere. It was a perfect weekend. Thank you to all of the staff for all of their hard work.

could have used hot oatmeal for breakfast i was charged another $25.00 on my credit card for some reason and was not given a receipt. First ttime ever. Was told booking would provide receipt, so I did not find extra charge until I got home. Please find out why I paid more.

Location was easy access and close to several eating places. Great place to stay as we passed through.

We don’t use hotel laundry services often but needed them this time. Unfortunately no laundry services on-site. There was a laundromat just across the street which was nice.

Great breakfast. Clean hotel. Staff was great.

The hot tub was green, but this issue was taken care of.

It was nice & clean. The staff was amazing !!

My room had a musty smell to it. But i always bring some type of air fresheners. Teresa did off to move me to another room. But i declined.
