We asked for a buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. The food is plentiful and delicious, with plenty of choice. The prices were surprisingly low, we paid for our dinners, beer and coffee on check out, I paid about half of what I expected (I know you have to check prices in advance, I didn't). We didn't go skiing, we took our kids sledding. If you want to go skiing, there is a ski centre about 20 kilometres away and a huge cross-country ski run next to the hotel. There is an endless snow field with gentle slopes next to the hotel, the kids really enjoyed sledding, they could slide for minutes without hitting any obstacles. And my partner and I enjoyed the snow and sunshine while we did it. It was relaxing! Our room was spacious with a comfortable sized bathroom. We went with two children (7 years old) and they had their suite in the gallery, they loved it. The beds were very comfortable, the mattresses were neither too soft nor too hard, but of course that's a matter of taste. I haven't slept so well in a hotel in a long time.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel, we will be back!

An amazing stay in the Alps. Quite and panoramic view of mountains. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and bathroom was modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to check-in after the staff left but they clearly explained what we should do upon arrival and it was smooth for us.

The staff leaves the hotel at around 20:00 and then there is nothing you can eat or drink afterwards. There is also no minibar in the room which is not convenient as there is literally nothing around. So you can not store anything in longer stays. If you are a smoker ask the staff a room that is close to the entrance. We had to walk like 5 minutes to reach the exit from the room.

We came here for cross-country skiing multiple times a year, due to stable snow conditions. Trails start right from the hotel. Locked storage for skis (with wax table!), heated shoe storage. Wealthy and diverse buffet breakfast and optional dinner (worth the price!). Staff is very helpful and friendly. Daily housekeeping in the rooms, comfortable beds and option to separate double bed to 2 singles - ideal for friend groups or training camps. Very good and superclean, well maintained wellness area.

Central heating is hectic; we often woke up early morning ~4-5AM due to too warm room temperature.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel for two nights with our two children and a dog. There is a nice touching interior design. All facilities are new/fresh looking. Quite good sauna complex. If the hotel would have a pool as well, all our travel dreams would be completed for this journey. Track for ski runners right next to the hotel. We used this location to go to Präbichl ski school. It took us 20-30 minutes by car. Despite of freezing weather-7C outside we did not have any problems and even had to open the window quite often. From window we had a beautiful view on mountains covered with snow. Children enjoyed two level room a lot, however, we as parents were afraid that no one will fell down during the night night going to the toilet. Some pilot night lights on the star would be necessary to have. Two toilets in the room is a plus. German TV. Quality and tasty breakfast as well as dinner, not as big as in business hotels but the variety is still interesting and food is fresh prepared and again tasty. Not to mention price/offer value. Good coffee. Tasty Gösser in the bar. Big parking space, however, parking next to the hotel to unload, load bags would be desired. Children have inside playing room next to dining tables what for families with children is great! Also the solution with table reservations is quite handful. There is a playground right in front of the hotel outside. Personal is attentive, helpful and polite. We found this hotel close to the nature that makes your family stay quite comfortable, ski experience enjoyable, and allows you to bring your dog with you. If we come to this place again, we wish we would stay in this hotel again. Down in the village there many shops and good petrol station that add benefits for your travel as well.

Interesting to notice how some personal greeting you three times during same morning, there are others, however, that don’t say you anything during entire stay. Communication level could equal among entire team. Road sign to the hotel, to the right from the main road for a better recognition, would be grateful. Could be same yellow as on the road in village.

The hotel is a bit far from the town, but if you like the nature and relaxing environment - it is great choice. Really close to the hotel there are nice path to walk, mountains to climb, small farmhouses with nice local products. The food is good end enough, the rooms are also good, they are taking care of the smaller kids and families. Excellent choice for the price.

We had an unforgettable stay here! The hotel is located in a very picturesque area — surrounded by peace, fresh air, and stunning nature. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail, and our stay was simply perfect. We will definitely come back again!

Very nice hotel surrounded by beautiful mountains. We appreciated quiet location, also the hotel and equipment cleanliness, comfort, tasty food and parking place available. Special thanks to staff members for their effort to help, their willingness and their attitude to do their best for us. We felt very comfortable there and we highly recommend this hotel.This is the place we would like to return to again.

The accommodation is located in an beautiful environment. The view is amazing of the snowy mountains from the window. Our room was very clean and pleasantly warm. We booked a three-bed room, but we got a four-bed room. And two restroom were in our room. It was much more comfortable, than we expected. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

It was difficult to parking in the heavy snow, but it was cleared later.

The hotel is located in an unbelievably beautiful place in the mountains. It provides breakfast and dinner, because there are no places around to eat :-) the food is tasty. It's very dog friendly, the neighbourhood is just perfect for dogs to have run and fun.

This is THE place to stay! There are no shops or restaurants nearby, but the hotel provides everything you moght need: great food, bar, sauna, toys and board games. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and breathtaking views.
