A moc period hotel, but I loved it, except for no connection to the internet in the room! Very clean, absolutely quiet and a balcony overlooking the city. Short walk to train station & main square

The wifi signal from the extender could not reach the beds or most of the room. So the only way to connect to the internet was you sit by the door or leave it open! I did not accept at Reception they did not know this and looked surprised as I was not the first person to stay in the room. They offered to get someone to "look" at it but never did! When staying in hotels in 2024 a wifi, like running water should be 100% standard. My entertainment was my tablet which does not have a SIM and I should not have to use data on my phone in a hotel.

The staffs were very extremely helpful. For example we couldn’t use one of the plugs due to ours being Danish EU version where the cleaning team left a plug extender for us to use. I’m addition they were kind enough to provider towels for us whenever we needed them as we went to the beach quite often. The location was really great. Walking distance to the town centre. We were lucky enough to see the Medieval Parade. The parking was perfect. It has a shaded area, so you won’t be suffocated in the heat when you enter the car. Air conditioning was really good. It made the room very cool. Decent balcony, clean bathroom.

Breakfast was very basic for a four star hotel. For example the fruit juices tasted they were powdered. Bathroom was too small and wasn’t easy to move around in.

Very comfortable room, good breakfast, friendly staff, good shower.

Decor can be a bit into the corny fake-cheap-baroque-palace style, but we found that amusing. Room views were a bit ugly (to a school) instead of mountains or nature.

I liked how this property was close to everything. Also the shower was lovely and powerful, and they provided the most coziest blankets if sleeping with the AC on. Check in was easy and secure, and they minded our bags before and after check in and check out while we waited for our trains.

I had text the property in advance to see if we could drop our luggage in early and I got no response. A few of the staff at breakfast were all over the place and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. We got room service of two drinks and the were out of aperol spritz and communication for this service was difficult.

A stylish hotel with classy decor. The room was furnished with very solid fittings, which gave an authentic feel, but the bathroom was well-equipped with an excellent shower. Excellent covered parking opposite and a good location for visiting the town centre and restaurants, as well as stunning sites in the area.

Poor Wi-Fi connection - kept cutting out for all of us - frustrating!

Someone has spent a lot of money making this hotel different and it has worked. Five minutes walk to town centre restaurants, pizza place almost next door.

A shame they don't open the restaurant for evening meals. Signage for private parking hard to spot as you drive in. We were lucky to find a space on the road, while the private parking was almost empty.

Old unique hotel, very good breakfast

We have paid plus euros for more better room but we got the simple one. Manager just said that booking system photo may not be the same what we ordered. Also we should paid extra city taxies so the price is really to big

This hotel will make you feel like you are staying in a palace. It is very ornate. It had the most extensive breakfast of our visit to Italy. It is not a far walk to many of the sites. Parking is very convenient for the hotel.

We wished they had an onsite restaurant where we could have gotten an evening meal.

Quirky in a positive way. The Sardinian version of Fawlty Towers. Clean comfortable rooms, A/C worked, art in the hallways and rooms. Friendly receptionists. On site parking is a plus.

A little far from tourist activities and restaurants. Nearby COOP grocery store is handy to get paninis for dinner.

The rooms were nicely equipped and clean. We especially enjoyed the king size bed with nice mattresses. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I have to mention the only disadvantage of the hotel which are the windows that do not isolate the noise from the street. Unfortunately, there was a very noisy event nearby (3 days in row) and we had big issues sleeping.
