The hotel is on a retail park with new build behind but is convienently located for ready access to the town and motorway network and there is an excellent restaurant in walking distance with a further one which was closed for the weekend, on site.

We ordered 2 twin beds but were given a double in the original and first replacement rooms. This was however subsequently resolved and the lady on reception was very pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was excellent. Amazing choice of food. The location suited us well. Good parking and a lift made unpacking easy. Good shower and the illuminated bathroom mirror was great. Staff were helpful and polite. Will definitely book with Ibis in future.

Room was adequate size but would have enjoyed a little more.

Common areas very well appointed, welcoming and comfortable. Outdoor pool was a pleasant surprise. Patio Bar was a nice touch, and was really nice to sit outside. Restaurant was very good.

One room was not ready when we arrived. Despite being told to arrive at 3pm. The restaurant was closed so we could net eat there, this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The bar closed at 8pm so after returning from a restaurant in the town we could not get a drink.

The rooms were on the small side, even for this type of hotel.

Rooms was very dated and didn’t like the textured walls. No lift to top floor, restaraunt was closed

We went there for a friend's event hence the location was chosen for this. We spent two nights and had one lunch and one breakfast. The breakfast was good, a lot of choice, they even offer you paper bag if you want to take fruits away and others things.. For lunch, the food was also good even though a bit expensive to my point of view. The lobby and restaurant are nicely decorated. There's a swimming pool, a bit small, in a large patio. Looks well mantained but we haven't had time to enjoy it as we prefered to go to the beach one hour drive away. The staff was very nice.

As the lobby and restaurant are nice and looks new, the hallway and room are old. We had a room for three. Our room was located under the attic so with a part in low height. The room was old, small and in length. Hard to move inside, especially with 3 persons. That doesn't make you want to stay inside. Our teenage daughter had an extra bed that was a sleeping sofa. Old and unconfortable. It was sunny and warm during our stay and the air conditionning was not working. I mean, only the heating was, not the cooling (reverse A/C). I must admit we haven't had time to tell the staff about it. Frankly disappointed about our room. It's only for sleeping, and not in a comfy way.
