The lobby was nicely renovated and modern. Good first impression when you walk in. Staff very friendly and professional. Restaurant nice. staff super friendly. served a great breakfast.

After leaving the lobby to go to our room, rest of the hotel looked old and run down. It was a major let down seeing the room after seeing such a beautiful lobby. The carpets were old, walls and baseboards old; room itself was very clean but dull looking. definitely needs a paint job. The curtains in the room did not cover the window which made us feel uneasy as we were on ground level and customers pulled up to our window in the parking lot and were able to look in. We had to hang a towel in the window to make up for the lack of drapery and to give us privacy. The bathtub surround looked old and worn. For the only major hotel in Grand Falls, it’s too bad that the rooms are not updated and modernized.

The location is central to the town and Trans Canada highway! We had supper at the hotel and we enjoyed our meal. The room was clean especially the bathroom. Keurig coffee maker was there for use and we used it! Enjoyed our stay here.

Nothing to say! No issues at all.

The food was great, the pub was also great for drinks and pub food, the front desk was amazing and took time to take care of the person in front of them. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again as well as recommend!

There wasn't anything that I didn't like, tho it would have been nice if there was air conditioning in the room or even a fan. Other than that the room and over all 9/10.

It was conveniently close to where we needed to be

I had no idea until I registered when I got there that I actually had booked in another location across the street. ( which is not actually just across the street to get there). I was also led to believe breakfast was included. It was not and I had to pay extra for it!

The location is perfect, central to everything around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights, and most likely would return to this hotel.

The curtains in our room were not large enough to cover our window, it was a bit challenging to make sure we had complete privacy at night. I'm sure this is not a recurring thing, but someone started to mow the lawn very early around the building and woke both my husband and me.

We stayed in a cabin, it was very nice across the road from the main hotel.

Booking.com booked two rooms instead of one, we did not know this until we arrived. I hope Booking.com refund the money for the other room

We love the location and we had our 2 dogs with us. The grounds outside by our room were excellent. Love that there was an outside garbage can. Big plus which you don't see very often. The staff were really friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Thanks to your staff

We had nothing to complain about.

It was clean it was very nice cottage feel. Well still staying apart of a hotel! My fiancé loved the property. It was her favourite spot we stayed so far as we are traveling through all of newfoundland!!

Vending machine outside of the room was out of water. Which is fair but other then that not complaints!

The restaurant was great and the staff were excellent

We had a family room and the bathroom and bathtub was super small. Also, the beds were not comfortable.

The staff was amazing especially Kayla at the front desk. The location was also good. The room was clean.

Upgrades to the bathroom. It was clean however looked dirty due to the old utilities. The noise level from upper and lower walking is very loud.
