Room is simple, but everything is exceptionally clean and tidy. I was pleased to use the kitchen area with tea/coffee/microwave which is open 24hrs for hotel guests. That's really helpful as you can buy good quality food at nearby 'Azaids' shop on Blaumana Str. 3a and enjoy it in the kitchen area at the hotel. You can also do your own breakfast if you haven't booked one. Staff is friendly and makes you feel at home.

Good value for money, especially the family room which can accommodate family of 4. The room was pretty big with big windows. Good breakfast buffet. As an additional bonus, there is a kitchen area for the hotel guests, so you can choose to prepare your own breakfast and maybe save some money instead of going for the hotel's breakfast option.

If there are many guests in the hotel, the breakfast area gets pretty crowded and might need to wait in a queue or have a challenge finding an empty table.

Great location next to the main square, walkable distance to great restaurants and sights. Hotel is in an older building but everything is clean and great value for what you pay. Breakfast had many fresh, home-made options.

It can get quite warm in the summer in the room.

The hotel is quite well maintained, in the centre of the town, helpful and nice people working there. Clean rooms. Very good breakfast, Quite comfortable bed, Wi-fi available. Nearby are shops and cafes. Has a large parking space for cars and the place is also friendly to the cyclists (I was travelling by bike).

Need to think about cleaning:/ to find black long hair was not so pleasant. bed - mattress too soft (this was a problem maybe just for us)

Simple but very clean hotel, very good location in the city center. Breakfast was good and stuff very helpful.

Hotel was very good but the Madona city itself is incredibly quiet and if you want eat out after 8 pm then, there are no possibilities for that.

It is not fancy, but it is much better than seems in the photos. Clean, comfortable, nice smart-tv. Honestly much more than I expected. Staff was super welcoming amd superb breakfast for the price. Recommend totally.

We did stay in this hotel for the 2nd time. Personal is very friendly and helpful. Made a special room change request in a short time notice. Since our last visit (5 years ago) room we've got did really change. It's was fresh and clean, I believe after renovation. Highly recommended place to stay.

Property was very clean. Staff was so kind, welcoming. So helpful. I was staying with my daughters and administrator suggested to take tea with us. brakfest was very good. But the staff was perfect. So welcoming people i havent seen in a while!!!!!

Location was perfect, right in the city center, very friendly and helpfull staff. Interior was old fasshioned, but everything was clean and tidy, so we felt like we are thrown back in time 😊

Elevator was not working at night, and it was a bit scary, but it worked perfectly and fits the design
