The kindness of the crew, the facilities and equipment, the food, the fresh towels after game drives, the fire place, the location and the view. We can hear at night lions shouting. Very safe place thanks to the escort.

The shower system should be improved, water is very rare and valuable and cherished but we should be able to take a shower without notifying to the crew. Apart of this, all is good.

Pumizka was of the greatest experiences we had on our life. Staying right on the heart of Serengeti, connecting to the wild was a very unique experience. Even though the room was a tent, was a very good tent. Everything was thought for our confort. Food was perfect and the staff the best. Safari games were ver good too, we had a wonderful time.

Sometimes, when we got back from safari game there'd be no water on the room (for toilet). Also the internet was very unreliable.

Amazing views, grounds, staff, accommodations and food! It exceeded our expectations! Animals can be heard (and seen) through the night and we were even able to see lions and hyenas as we were leaving the camp! Top notch!

Very hard to find. Like extremely. We drove around for almost 2 hours after the sun went down and probably wouldn’t have found it if a vehicle from Pumzika hadn’t passed us and offered us to follow them. Please, please improve your directions on website. We almost lost hope.

Everything about Pumzika was pure magic. From the design and decor of the tents, to the deep savannah setting of the camp, the meals, the drinks and the Out Of Africa vibes made our stay unforgettable. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, caring and accommodating. I would come back any time here.

The only thing that they need to change is their Google Maps location. It's inaccurate. Don't navigate by Google Maps.

We really liked the styling of the tent itself... very nicely done!

Where to begin... the pictures showed by booking are with bathtub, but when arrived the crew (that speaks very poorly english) mentioned this was the previous tented camp... bush diners as they suggest are not possible, but they only mention this after booking and paying... the staff has had no hospitality training, they do their best, but it doesnt match the price you pay... the food was not good, when you shower someone is waiting to put more water into the tank untill you are done, the breakfast was not good, ... and so on and so on... we would recommend... especially as they charge a price that is higher then most comparable tented lodges that deliver a much better service in hospitality and food...
