Great hotel - best Hyatt I have stayed. Located in the city center. Clean and beautiful room with plenty of space, comfortable bed, nice shower. Very good breakfast including local food. Exceptional staff, confident and friendly, always greet me within a warm smile and try their best to help me.

Hope the hotel allows to earn Hyatt points even the booking was through other platforms instead of Hyatt. The hotel may consider contracting with a local taxi company to ensure guests to have taxi service any time. It rained very heavily yesterday and I could not find a taxi on time - thank all the receptionists for their help to get me one though!

Super breakfast. I travelled in China for 25 years and this level of breakfast unusual at this room rate level in China. Very friendly staff, reasonable gym, good bed and nice and clean room. The lobby is great with a nice coffee shop, good for meetings and relax.

The property asked for 300¥ deposite, which wasn't mentioned in the booking conditions.

Everything is just awesome especially the staff hospitality is unmatchable.
