The location, the lovely view, good size of the room and bathroom, having a refrigerator, the staff is so helpful and nice, the room was very soundproofed and all nice air-condition. And chairs and a table just outside of the apartment, lovely decorated both outside and inside. Next to a wonderful beach.

Amazing location at the edge of the village, overlooking the harbour. Grrest views, good balcony and clothes drying area and wonderful roof sun terrace. Appartment was spacious and very clean, and although only there 2 nights, the bjnsd were emptied and place cleaned after day 1...Lovely little bar below us which wasn't noisy but had a great atmosphere.

Only slight complaint we couldn't get our induction hob to work-may just have been us but some instructions would have been good!

This accommodation is right by the harbour, on the front: wonderful views. And great swimming as the sea is right there. It was clean and easy to stay. New Years Eve is not an easy time but the Manageress turned out great hamburgers and saved dinner!

Kitchen facilities were very basic. No cooker or sink. Fridge was great. A comfy double bed would be better. Or push the singles together to create more space in this very tight room. The triangular wee table and stool weren't either comfy or much use, being too small.

Super comfy hotel in fishing Port village by scuba diving mecca. Big room with sea view. Walkable to restaurants. Short drive to natural pools Tacaron. The beds were great. Clean room. Big closet with plenty of wood hangars. Which is rare. So much beauty to see on El Hierro!

The location, the price, friendly staff, easy check in and out, all rooms have outside places to sit.

The elevator do not work, but their are still good access to the rooms.

Needs a new mattress, or at least one of the two beds does. Also some humidity problem, but if you let fresh air in, lots of flies get in, so it's a bit annoying. But anyway, I slept well.

No kettle in the kitchen, or cups, also smelt a bit strange, like the drains needed clearing

The is no sound proofing and you can hear everything. Also some thongs need fixing

The location was great, the room had a good size and high ceiling. The hotel is just next to the beach. It was cleaned every day and fresh towels. They had a wonderful outdoor bar called Pirat-arg, and a BBQ pizza place on one of the big terraces. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will for sure come back.

I liked everything, except for that the elevator didn’t work

Stunning location. Friendly staff. Super-comfy bed!

Although it was very clean, the hotel is in definite need of some love and care.
