Great hotel, great facilities, staff was amazingly polite, friend and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious and with a great view to the the valley.

Small details prevented the hotel from scoring a perfect 10: When we checked-in, there was no toliet paper in the ensuite bathroom and a towel was lacking.

The staff were so friendly, the room was clean, bed super comfortable, the spa was so fun!!! There's a sauna, spas and an indoor pool. The outdoor spa was a highlight with the amazing view. Breakfast was yummy also with a beautiful view.

Beautiful, very nice staff, amazing view from the bedroom and close to nice restaurants.

Room service food was not good, but when you are in gramado you should not order room service anyway. Too many good restaurants out there.

I loved the outside and inside jacuzzi, the sauna and the attention the staff gave us.

I wish that the bedroom had regular abajour light. There was only a little reading white light on the bed sides.
