Belle on reception was delightful and patient, in fact all the staff had a welcoming smile. Our room was large and airy, although facilities were just a little tired for the price. Location was lovely across from the beach and a short walk from the modern Ray's restaurant and bar with superb food (and overpriced drinks). All in all we would recommend Hospitality as the pickings are pretty thin in sunny Port Hedland.

Good location, right opposite a park and the ocean, close to a little shopping centre. The room was serviced daily and was comfortably cool when we came in from the heat. Breakfast, which was included in the price, was amply sufficient.

The establishment is a bit dated, especially the bathroom, which could do with some TLC. The air-conditioning (in our room at least) couldn't be regulated, so the fan remained on high all the time. This was uncomfortable during the night.

Everything. I was happy with all that i expected of the accommodation. The complimentary breakfast on the day of departure was very good and beyond what i expected with fresh products.

This is difficult to answer as i was happy with the services provided. If i was to nit pick and this is literally stretching to look for something to say i would suggest maybe make the towels bigger. Look at a bath sheets, not towels. But as i said that is an absolute stretch and really is a non event as the towels provided were clean and fresh. I was happy all the way.

Very friendly staff, room basic but clean. Dining room was immaculate and dinner was very very good and unexpected. The continental breakfast was very generous and very much enjoyed.

The breakfast serving area was squashed into a small space and there was no room to move. I think spreading it out a little more would enable guests to help themselves without so much congestion.

Easy check in, staff very friendly and happy to help at all times, room service was very prompt, great ocean views from my room, easy walking distance to shops, parks and eateries, very close to discover all Port Hedland has to offer.

The rooms decor was rather dark, especially in the bathroom, even with the light on, but opening the curtains in the main room helped to overcome this for times we had to be in the room.

Very welcoming and friendly receptionist (Belle) who also managed the restaurant. Situated in a very quiet area with lovely walk over the road to the beach. Room was a bit dated but nonetheless comfortable and clean and all amenities provided. The evening meal in the restaurant was absolutely excellent - no wonder it gets booked up!!

I would stay here again just for the scrambled eggs... but on top of that the staff were amazing (especially the young guy in the restaurant, we loved his sense of humour), the place has great ocean views (if you book a room with sea views), its quiet

The one main thing I didn't like, is that we couldn't stay longer... oh and the pillows were way too thin & soft for me... decor could probably do with an update too

The location close to the esplanade and the big pub overlooking the bay. Great pool even though we didn’t use it. Spacious room and comfy bed. Good off street parking and we had a trailer . Breakfast was very good too.

The bed was on wheels and moved when you lent against the wall to watch the TV. A microwave would be handy there is plenty of room. The AC was noisy and there was no ceiling fan to use at night.

The breakfast was delicious, great choices. The staff were lovely and friendly. Location was fantastic! The restaurant for dinner was absolutely amazing. Clean, comfortable room.

The rooms were really tired, definitely need some money put into updating them. Door lock needs updating.

Returning customers love the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Food in restaurant delicious and well cooked. Very popular eating place donuts book a table early. Free continental breakfast and a good breakfast menu as well. I find it very relaxing sitting and watching the ocean.
