I mostly like staff behavior, very gentle. Location of the hotel.

Please improve your breakfast items. Aaloo paratha was not good, not properly baked.

The hotel was very clean and worth your money. The food was okay, not that great and not that bad. I had booked it for my parents and was worried there would be complications but the staff was kind and patient as well as very helpful when my parent needed transportation to travel some distances. It is located few minutes from the railway station so pretty easy to navigate as well. Overall a very satisfying experience.

The variety in the breakfast was good. However, the lunch and dinner buffet is expensive considering the options available. The facilities in the room are good. The room service was good however the bathroom can use some new toiletries. A higher toilet would be more convenient for the senior citizens. The massage chairs, helping staff and the breakfast were the best part of the stay.

Room space is a bit congested.

Clean, spacious, nice room with really nice toiletries in the bathroom and a very good breakfast with lots of choice. I travelled with my elderly mother in her wheelchair and we had a very good experience of this hotel, with good lifts facility. one staff member I would like to thank named Samit was very helpful with assisting us. overall we had a pleasant comfortable stay. thank you, I look forward to staying there again.

i have nothing bad to fault with my stay

Great location and excellent value for money. Recently renovated, rooms clean bathroom spacious and a very good shower. Large lounge with comfortable sofas. Amazing breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options.

In general everything was good.

The room we had was too small, but got upgraded then everything was fine.

Front desk staff not friendly at all... They could not Realy speak English so it's also a problem.. And when you check in.. They let you feel like you a criminal

Reception staff polite and friendly. Restaurant good options. We requested for French Fries and were served immediately.

The location, food is tasty, optimum parking space. Neat room. In room facilities are good. Neat toilet with sustainability in focus
