Everything. This was one of the smoothest experiences I encountered. I am traveling and working at the same time. It was very peaceful to work while by the pool. The room is very clean, pool is very clean, the staff is very accommodating and there is no words that can explain how welcoming they are. As a tourist I noticed other hotels in Turkey, do what they can to try sell you something, but this hotel was the total opposite, they made me feel so comfortable, they gave me a room upgrade asked if i wanted anything else for breakfast, even booked my dinner at a restaurant and had the waiter of the restaurant waiting for me by my name. It was just a great experience overall. They also have a restaurant by the beach. The room was clean, the location is great and very safe as a solo traveler. Hands down, the most hospitable hotels I have been to.

I loved the welcoming atmosphere and the genuine hospitality of the staff. The rooms were very comfortable, providing a great space to relax, and the breakfast offered a nice variety each morning. The clean swimming pool was a perfect place to cool off and unwind. Serkan and his wife’s personal attention to detail made the stay even more enjoyable, creating a warm and homely experience that left a lasting impression.

Everything was spotless

I recently stayed at Tunacan Hotel and can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, I could tell how much love and care Serkan and his wife put into their hotel. They truly go above and beyond for every guest, making you feel right at home. Their passion for what they do is clear in every detail in the hotel from the beautifully maintained grounds and gardens to the way they are always ready to help with anything you need. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with rooms cleaned daily to a very high standard. Everything always felt fresh, tidy, and welcoming. The pool area is gorgeous too and sparkling clean and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The location is absolutely perfect. Set in a peaceful part of Ovacık, it’s still so easy to reach all the main attractions like Ölüdeniz Beach, Fethiye town, and Kayaköy. There’s a dolmuş (local minibus) stop just a short walk away, which makes getting around super convenient. Breakfast every morning was lovely and fresh and they can even provide lunch and dinner if needed. The overall atmosphere at the hotel is so relaxed and friendly. The rest of the staff are just as amazing they are always smiling, polite, and ready to help with anything you might need. They make the whole experience even more special. As a solo traveler, I also felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay, which meant a lot to me. It’s a place where you can truly relax and feel at ease. Overall, Tunacan Hotel is a hidden gem. It has a cozy, family-run charm but still offers everything you need for a comfortable, memorable stay. I can’t wait to come back again and I hope Serkan and his wife are always there, keeping this special place as beautiful as it is now. Thank you all for making my stay so wonderful!

Cannot complain about anything.

Breakfast was great, loved how you could help yourself to tea/coffee, breads and jam and then also order from the breakfast menu free of charge. Only issue was no fruit juice so if you didn’t like hot drinks you were left having to pay for a bottle of mineral water! Room was spacious, we had 2 bedrooms in one, like a mini apartment. Bathroom was a bit tired and our shower door was hanging off but son in law managed to get it back on its rails no problem. The shower cubicle was tiny though, so if you’re any bigger than a size 14 it might be a little tight, however never had a problem with the water, lovely and warm and good pressure.

Pool was freezing, coldest pool I’ve ever experienced abroad.

Such a cute little place. The whole place is kept so clean and tidy. It’s not overcrowded at all like some other places. It’s got a nice chilled out vibe. The staff were really welcoming and friendly, especially Cash who is a fab genuine guy, nothing was too much trouble for him. I’d definitely go back without a doubt.

There was nothing I disliked, apart from leaving!

This is a gem, an absolutely amazing small hotel. What makes it brilliant is the staff. I booked because I read amazing reviews of the staff and it all was true. Giovanni and Serhat were both amazing. The room Serhat provided was spacious, great pool view and made our nights when we chatted and sat out there. Giovanni is an amazing person, he has good English is funny but most of all helpful and is always making sure you are having a great holiday. Breakfast is great, cleaners do an amazing job!

Nothing there not to like!

This property is in a great location - set back off the main rd ( where restaurants are) out side of Olu Deniz in a area called Ovazic. The owner, his wife and staff are so friendly and will help you out if anything needed. Restaurants are a 2 min. walk away and bust stop 3 mins away. Bus’s are very regularly ( i don’t think we ever waited more than 10 mins) and was about £1 to get down to Olu Deniz. The pool here was fab. great size, all beautifully clean. There was a pool table by the bar. Breakfast was great, i was surprised you could have an omelette for example. Tea and coffee you help yourself, as with bread. The room included a fridge, had a lovely little balcony and beds were comfortable. Again also very clean with air con.

I had another wonderful stay at Tunacan Hotel! The property is beautifully maintained, with charming gardens and a lovely pool area that create a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. A special mention goes to Head Chef Havva and her assistant Bayram Ali, who made our dining experience exceptional. Every meal was cooked to perfection, showcasing both skill and passion. Havva and Bayram Ali’s attention to detail, flavors, and presentation were outstanding, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure each dish was memorable. The food alone is worth coming back for! The staff as a whole are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about making your stay enjoyable. The location is also ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend Tunacan Hotel for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay!

The best thing is the friendly personnel, who try to care after you much. They were also very flexible about payments and have me a good discount for staying longer. Breakfast is big and there are different options, they even served me once after closure. they also have a bar, so you can order food and drinks afterwards. The area is very nice and clean, with flowers and greens, there's good pool, many tables you can work to. It's in generally quiet and calm atmosphere. The wi-fi was usually enough for calls (though sometimes i had to switch to the mobile network). The room is big enough with a comfy bed and pillows, the cleaning lady came to empty the thrash bins every day. It's close to the dolmus stop - 15 minutes to the Oludeniz beach, 20 min to Fethiye otogar

I had to change the room in the first night as there was a water leakage in the bathroom and the balcony door didn't close - some of the rooms need refurbishing. They need to change to beans for coffee and clean the coffee machine every day.

The staff was the very best part of the Tunacan. They helped when we needed beach advice, help with our AC, bedding requests, carried our baggage, etc... The made-to-order breakfast was nice but definitely catered toward British tourists, who seem to frequent this area. I was glad to have a fridge in the room. We enjoyed taking the nearby gondola for sunset. I'm so glad we had a car to explore sights away from the crowds.

I wish the pool had been open after 8pm. The room felt a bit run-down and needs an update. The AC was either cold or hot. The AC remote didn't work well and the electricity access where the key was inserted was almost breaking. Would have loved an in-room hot pot and water. In general, this just isn't a great area. It's mobbed with tourists in the summer and full of tacky shops and restaurants. Fethiye has much more personality and lovely beaches. Might be better in the off season.
