The staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable and the food was amazing. We enjoyed the Pool and the Gym. The cocktails were also very good.

I think the bathrooms could be updated, I didnt enjoy having a window from the bathroom to the bedroom or having a shower/bath. There was no lights for the bed only. Sometimes it was hard to find staff around the dining/pool area and we had to go find someone.

Our kids loved the courtyard of the hotel, which packed a pool, a playground, grass field and the restaurant together. This allowed us to eat, swim and play all wihin just a few meters of each other. The pool has a shallow end (80cm) perfect for our 3 year old. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious and affordable. The included breakfast buffet was good, especially for the price paid. The rooms were spacious and excellent value for money. And the location to phanom rung was good. we had a car, and one would definitely be advisable when staying in this region. Although we didn't use them, we did see bicycles available for borrow at the hotel. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly and many spoke good English. Those that didn't, quickly knew to find someone who did. They even had a selection of games for borrowing, at the reception. Overall, we loved our stay and would come back for sure, when in the region.

Although from room to room, the soundproofing was excellent, the windows did allow a bit of noise through from outside. Although this didn't really bother us, especially in the evening one could be bothered by ambient noise filtering into the room from the restaurant and bar below if one is sensitive to such.

Nice rooms with super confortable beds, very good sleep, suitable as stop overnight during a road trip or to spend more days. Very good breakfast, a lot of space to sit outside drink and eat with friends.

The breakfast needs a real coffee machine. The swimming pool location could be better with more place to relax and lay down in the sun... unfortunately the swimming pool is right next to the breakfast area, but it is clean and in good conditions.

This is a very nice hotel. My room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and I had a bathtub. The hotel has a pool and a garden where you can relax, have a drink and eat. The food was good. The staff is friendly and helpfull. They arranged a taxi for me to visit Phanom Rung and Muang Tum, which took half a day.

Amazing place to stay away from the not so appealing conceate city of surin. Pure paradise with super well designed high quality bungalow. Extraordinary garden with pond and fontaine... Chery on the cake 2 cute labradors.. NOt to miss if you are around

Great food, good breakfast. Very nice garden. Rooms are comfortable.

There was quite some noise in the rooms, probably due to the family rooms that have cool playgrounds for the kids. Although some parents seem to be OK to have their kids jump and play until midnight.

Outdoor breakfast is good and fresh air. Good ventilation and various of choices, Night Bar is good for relaxing and short discussion with friends though the area closed to the parking lot but not many cars so quite nice to sit along.

Seat may not enough if there would have lots of guest or peak time of season, there should have many of seats available for night bar then business to hotel shall be good . The isolation area may have more plants or tree for garden feel then people can stay longer for drinks.

Love the room, it's spacious and clean. The bed is extremely comfortable. The staffs are helpful and friendly, breakfast is fine. They have a restaurant also which seems quite famous. There is one shabu-shabu place which is quite good around 300m from the hotel

The location is too far from the essentials. Nearest 7 eleven, Lotus and local eateries is >1 km away. We walked there and got chased by a group of stray dog. So since then we never walk again and have to order food online.

We stayed here for New Years Eve and just loved it. The hotel is beautiful and was very nicely decorated, the atmosphere festive with a huge Christmas tree and a live band and the restaurant served great food. The staff were most helpful and we also loved the pool and the gym!

The pool, the garden. The deluxe room is very nice. The reception and room staff was perfect.

I would have appreciated to have a safe in the room, even if there was one at the reception.
