Staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn't have time to use it, but there is a pool on the rooftop, and while Medan may not offer the best city views, it was certainly a nice enough feature! There is a convenience store right on the other side of the street, which is very - well - convenient (pun intended). There is a little café corner in the lobby as well. The rooms offered anything we would have needed for our albeit short stay and we had a good night's sleep before heading on. Breakfast also offered decent options for Europeans who struggle with spicy soup in the morning.

We decided to stay in the hotel for dinner, because we didn't want to look long for food and then ended up waiting quite long for okay-ish food. There's not many vegetarian options on the menu.

They refused to give me extra towel for my daughter due to their policy of only 2 to provide. So we have to settle with 2 only, which upset me due I am a senior Manager in the Service industry in Singapore. I hope they go the extra mile to make their customers to come back. It will not affect the Hotel business just for requesting extra towel...No towel provided at the pool is a minus.

Very comfortable hotel with helpful staff. The roof pool was large and well kept. The air conditioning worked well.

Breakfast didn't cater to European taste, i.e. mainly Indonesian food. Staff tried to get us what we asked for. If you came down near the end of breakfast they were already clearing away.

The bed was comfy, the breakfast was very nice. Staff was friendly. Went swimming on a monday morning before breakfast and had the pool to myself.

The sheets were stained. Please throw them away, I expect more for that money. Also don't understand the positioning of the sink. It's quite far but close to the sink, which is not very practical.

great breakfast options. central location with shops, restaurants, ATMs and a park nearby. friendly staff. room with enough space and comfortable bed. great view from the pool on the roof top. great value for money. the airport pick up was very convenient for a good price.

the woman in the spa inside the hotel was quite unfriendly and only did one massage a day, better to go somewhere else.

We stayed with our 4 children and really enjoyed the the hotel. The staff were all excellent and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was good, typical for the location so a few less western bits on the buffet. We would definitely recommend.

very satisfied with the service provided by all staff especially Ms. Rizky and Mr. Doni. nice hotel, there is a swimming pool on the rooftop with a view of Medan city. the food is delicious, the room is also clean. for the first impression of staying, this is quite good.

The staff at this hotel are its stand out feature. They are incredibly warm and hospitable. Ade and Irfan on the front desk are two that are worthy of mention, but all the restaurant and housekeeping staff I had interactions with were great too. My room was big with a great view, comfy bed, and good light.

The location is a bit blah, but Grab drivers can get you to more interesting parts of Medan. The bathroom was ok but it felt old and in need of a spruce up. The hand basin did not drain well.

Nice room with very comfortable bed, clean bathroom with shower and good water pressure.

Not all items at the breakfast-buffet were replenished. But we also had Breakfast to the End of Breakfast time.
