The Staff are really nice and helpful (Shout out to Mas Eka at receptionist!). To be fair all staff provided exceptional service👌 It attaches to big mal with many restaurants, a small supermarket and many shops for hop shopping. The bed is comfy and we got really nice view to city and mall, which sometime has live music (downside, it could be too loud for some, but we enjoy it anyway).

The toilet is clean, but the molds between silicone grouting make it looks dirty. We understand it is really difficult to clean it, because it means redo the whole silicone grouting in toilet. But if it's not there, would be better. Our toilet bowl has many small ants. House keeping said it because of food. But one day we didn't bring any food in a the room after cleaned up, they appeared again.

The staff at the hotel make me feel very welcome always and your front desk Ms Jenti Rosalina Pangaribuan and her colleagues always giving me VIP treatment. Thank you

Outstanding rooms, with a lot of space and full equipment. Kindness of the personnel and the staffs. Quality of the breakfast. Important commercial mall just next to the hotel.

As all hotels in Asia, there is no adaptators available for foreign electrical sockets (EU).

Most of the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, but Ms. Diar at the reception was exception, she was very helpful and very nice to accommodate our needs. I can see that she was trying to make all Hotel guests happy, even when she was supper busy. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it’s connected to a shopping mall, which make people easy to go eat out and easy to get a cab/grab. The room was very spacious, I was staying in a unique room, with a king size bed. It was my 2nd time stayed at Harris Summarecon and will stay at this hotel again.

The water was a bit smell. Have to use a mineral water (bottle) to brush teeth.

The food ,they cut fruit of papaya ,watermelon and pit inthe bowl. This is not really good ,because papaya and watermelon very soft on above it is ok,but the lower one will be deformed, not look nice.I really dont like it, please improve ,Do not put like this

Nothing.. But Keep It Up With The Good Service

I was before at Harris, and had made not good experience. But i wanted give them again a try and i have nor regret. After i have told the Stuff and Management, that my last Visit was not like i expected, they have done their homework. Clean room - clean bedding - clean Floors and especially clean Bathroom. No spots on the bedding - and everytime a very very friendly stuff. I want to tnak CHANDRA and DASQO personally, who have made my stay a Vacation at itself.

Some Visitors didnt wear mask and act like they are King Kong. The Stuff has friendly remind those Visitors.

I like the location. It is very convenient and connects with the mall sumarecon. The staff is very friendly and check-in is very fast + no deposit required.

Payment still using credit cards no cashless such things.. however is normal and soon will have facilities for cashless in the future

The fridge in our room first did not work, after they replace it the temperature was not cold enough. The pool did not have info about the quality of the water. There were cigarette butts by the pool which had not been cleaned since the previous day, they were removed due to my complaint.
