Everything including the delicious breakfasts was fabulous, I cannot say enough about our stay here, we would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here. The staff are amazing. The location is brilliant. The rooms are beautiful, very clean, the size and decoration is gorgeous and the rooms are big, beds very comfortable, bedding very clean.

Absolutely everything, there is nothing I would change. This is a very well run business, amazing owners and staff and the location is the best.

Two big bedrooms with a large sitting room and kitchen if needed. Bathroom was modern and equally spacious. SkyTV was included which was great for winding down before bed. Breakfast was delivered to our apartment and provided a variety of continental options.

Beautifully done, really well-located. High ceilings and very spacious. Easy to come and go. Very warm welcome including for our dog.

It was perfect for us.

Well situated in the centre of Fano. Peaceful location. Easy access to historical places of interest and restaurants. Our apartment had a spacious bedroom, good bathroom and a kitchen/dining area to which breakfast was delivered each morning. There was a hotplate and sufficient basic cooking equipment and tableware to allow for some self catering if wished; fridge but no microwave. The cobbled streets don’t make for easy walking with wheeled luggage, and we were driven to & from the train station.

Had we paid €15 each for breakfast in a hotel, I think we would have expected a more substantial offering.

Breakfast was whatever one wanted and was delivered to our apartment in style. The whole building and our apartment was furnished in style with love and I would like to live there.

It’s location, service and comfort are second to none. Absolutely stunning property in the heart of Fano. Gabriella and her team are flawless and provide a service very rarely seen these days.

Parking can be a bit difficult. Free, but open spot can be challenging to find.

The location was excellent. The room was beautiful and we could sleep with the windows open which kept the room nice and cool.

Air con only in the lounge area which wasn't a problem for us as it was cool enough but may have been a problem had the temperature been higher.
