We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly impressed by the level of service and hospitality. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and attentive throughout our visit. A special mention to the female staff members — which is a refreshing and positive change in Pakistan's hospitality industry — who went out of their way to assist my elderly mother. They helped her navigate stairs, suggested easier alternative routes, and even arranged a cart for her comfort and convenience. The food was excellent, with the breakfast buffet standing out — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. The property is kept clean and kept well.

The only downside was the access road to the hotel, which is in poor condition and needs urgent improvement. It was a bit of a challenge, especially for elderly guests or those with mobility concerns.

I loved everything about and at the Offto resort. It lies in the heart of Karimabad, Hunza, in close proximity of the main attractions of the town, including the Baltit Fort, Altit Fort and the old bazaar. The staff was very courteous in guiding me with directions on call and they had their very cool resort vehicles ready at the entrance/parking, waiting to take me to the reception and then my chalet. The check in procedure was smooth and seamless with fresh pomegranate juice served as a welcome drink! The staff through the trip was very kind in suggesting what places to visit in Karimabad and I planned my trip around their recommendations, thankful to them for making it memorable. The rooms are super comfortable and cosy, with posh washrooms. Each room (or chalet) has a separate lounge which is representative of Hunza’s culture. While the views from each of the rooms are breathtaking, I can’t recommend the armchairs enough - perfect for anyone back after a long day. My room had the view of the snow clad Ultar Peak, and a little lake that they have developed in the centre of the resort. The rooms also have great internet connectivity and I was able to take an online meeting without any interruptions. Must also point out that this is probably the only property in Hunza that has clean, filtered water (and not the usual black water), and that was a true relief!!! The on site restaurant, The Shire, was probably the best fine dine experience I’ve had, not just in Hunza, but in Pakistan. They serve a range of fusion dishes, prepared using organic ingredients right from the resort’s orchards. The Executive chef helped us decide the order and entertained our special request as well. The desserts were delectable, naans were piping hot and the ambience was like no other. 10/10 for the concept and the food. Being an ecologist myself, it was a delight to see the eco-tourism measures that they have taken.

The hospitality of the staff is extraordinary. The staff really help us for the early check in because our flight was cancelled. The view from the room is beautiful. We can see some of the top of the mountain from our room. There is also small pond that can be used for little kayaking. The breakfast is also good. The apricot juice is delicious. It is also near Karimabad Bazaar so we can go there and see things. The location also neat Baltit Fort.

The water is kind of grey but it's okay because it's glacier water and it is fresh. The location is quite tricky to find by car.

It is a centrally located property in Karimabad, Hunza. Just 5-7 minutes walk from the town center. Yet the way it has been designed makes it a quiet and peaceful haven in the middle of the town. The best quality food in Hunza ais also served at Offto’s restaurant.

I had an amazing experience at Offto Resort. Very comfortable rooms, good temperature control in the rooms with Japanese Rinnai Heaters. The bathrooms are large, with good fittings, neat and clean with hot water. Will come again for sure!

We stayed in the 3-room villa and it was comfortable and spacious. The main street is just a 10 mins uphill walk via the backgate. The hotel also packed us some takeaway boxes as we had to leave before breakfast, which was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and responsive. Hot water was initially inconsistent but was fixed after informing staff. Wifi was fast.

Rooms could do with some heating as it got quite cold at night.

If I could give Off to Resort more than 10/10, I would do it in a heartbeat. Nestled in the breathtakingly beautiful landscape of Hunza Valley, this resort is a true gem that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot onto the property, I was greeted with warm hospitality and genuine smiles. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was nothing short of perfection.

Great resort in Karimabad. Friendly staff and good facilities, great bed, good shower, good wifi/internet access for the region. Backup power. Roomy and comfortable rooms. More luxurious than you might expect. Safe and secure, secluded in it's own little valley. Great view of the mountains.

The onsite restaurant is slightly disappointing. The resort is a bit hard to find and somewhat hard to reach by car (very steep incline).

The personal care and effort the staff and the management has put in

Slightly harder to reach to the town center for older people due to its depth from the main road. They made up for it by providing golf buggies offering free drop off and pick up services from the individual chalets to the desired location

The bathrooms are large, with good fittings, neat and clean, Breathtaking views from my Room window and thier Garden sitting is amazing with Rakaposhi Peak view, Will come again for sure!

The resort is in the middle of acres of fruit orchards with hundreds of fruit trees. I could not believe that we could go pick fruits like apricots, apples and cherries for free. The rooms deserve 5-stars! At a walking distance from the town center. Brilliant experience overall!
