Unbeatable value for money Very nice staff and owner Very good selection at breakfast, great croissants In case of early departure (before breakfast) you get a breakfast package Clean rooms - by Italian standards Plenty of space for parking 2 lifts Spacious rooms with air conditioning and balcony Kitchenette with fridge and electric kettle (You should contact hotel in advance for availability of plates and crockery)

Air conditioning could be newer Furniture could be newer, but for the price it's absolutely fine, rooms are well maintained There could be more hot food for breakfast, but that's about the local culture, so don't take that as a criticism

The staff and the owners are in incredibly nice and helpful The hotel is very close to the highway. The building is modern The furnishings are fine The hotel has a wonderful terrace where to play chess and cards after dinner

Loved the welcome. Very friendly! We were nicely comfortable after a long drive. Breakfast was typical Italian.. something we enjoy experiencing.

It seemed like the bathroom drains had an issue as the smell was unpleasant. We kept the patio doors open to dispel it.

The staff is certainly kind and helpful. It is very close to restaurants. The view is great, and even more for breakfast, which you have on the 5th floor.

The bed was not that comfortable. Rarher a pattern in Italy.

The Hotel was exceptional clean with a very friendly host at the reception The stairs ramps look like grand hotel luxury but the room was very dated (shame) from the picture looked so good and welcoming

The bathroom was so disappoint, very old and the wc was only for disable ( very high and the front missing) Also the air condition was very old and we couldn’t open the window because the road underneath was a very busy road. Not good value for the money

Nice place to jump off the road. Basic room, nothing fancy. Balcony with a view was nice. Solid internet connection.
