To complete my journey in Indore, my friend and my friend decided to reside at the park hotel. To confirm my details I spoke to Varsha the previous night who was extremely professional and kind enough to sort out our requirements as we were reaching earlier the following day. They were kind enough to accommodate our early check in, buffet services and more. The room service was prompt and there was a variety of food with different cuisines available to order. The rooms were clean and spacious and had all that was needed. Would be an ideal stay for those looking to travel for both leisure or business purposes. The distance from the hotel to the airport took an easy 35 mins. The distance from the hotel to omkareshwar took bout 3 hours and to mahakaleshwar an hour and 15 mins.

Stay at The Park Indore Hotel was exceptionally good and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast spread each morning. The hotel's staff deserves a special mention for their consistently helpful and attentive service. While it's situated outside the bustling city, its proximity to Phoenix Citadel Mall is a huge plus for shopping and entertainment. Be aware that reaching the city center takes around 30 minutes, but for those seeking a tranquil stay with modern conveniences nearby, this is an ideal choice.

The breakfast buffet was quite lavish, unlike the usual food options. It had something for everybody. The staff was so courteous, be it at the front office, restaurant, or the pool. The DJ at the Aqua had a refreshing playlist. The hotel is located conveniently between the highway on one side and the city on the other. Across the highway is Phoenix Citadel Mall, probably the best and biggest mall in Indore, if one wants to visit.

The hotel is one of the best I have seen in indore, having stayed at the Lemon tree and Sheraton regularly. Love the rooms and ambiance of the place. I was glad I chose to stay at this property. Kudos to the entire Park team.

The staff needs to understand when a guest has requested something special. There are moments that don't come back, and some guests often come to celebrate their special moments at such lovely properties. Would request them to take care of such requests in a better manner.

Location is close to the many central areas like Vijay Nagar , LIG etc & away from city noise . Phoenix citadel mall is just opposite to the Hotel . Breakfast spread is just amazing with an outstanding staff with great customer orientation. Entire Hotel staff is very cheerful , cooperative & always available at your service round the clock .

Nothing specific

I really felt like royalty in this hotel. Everybody was very kind and helpful. I also felt very safe as it was a woman who escorted me to my room. In addition, they called my room before letting a friend of mine upstairs. It'S better to be safe than sorry and I really appreciated that as a female solo traveler. I also really liked to little treats such as welcome drinks and free chocolate delivered to my room. The hotel itself is very modern and the rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely clean.

BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT AND MORE THAN EXPECTED IN INDORE CITY , TRUE FIVE STAR HOTEL STYLE. I THANK SANJAY AS HE WAS EXCELLENT IN GIVING US EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE DURING OUR STAY. I ALSO THANK SILVESTER FOR SUPPORTING US ON OUR STAY FROM THE FRONT OFFICE AND EVERY FRONT OFFICE STAFF. ALSO WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE SECURITY STAFF AT THE DOOR.

Stay was excellent. Housekeeping and food was at park with any luxury property. I was greeted by Srajal at the lobby and escorted till the room. This was an unique experience now a days when all the properties are just skipping the old fashioned setup. Much appreciated their services and the property upkeep.

We were here to work for a few days. Fancy and luxurious hotel, has everything you need! The gym is exceptionally well equiped (for a hotel gym). Staff is friendly and most of them speak good English. Food was good. We could park our motorcycles safely inside.

24/7 Pumping club house music! Especially during the evening it can be heard in the whole hotel. We kind of booked this hotel for some good rest, so that was pretty annoying. We also don't understand why it has to be loud club house all of the time, Monday morning 9.00h doesn't really feel like a good time for that. Next to that: luckily we got access to some different WiFi, the "regular WiFi" is not fast (about 4 Mbps) and you have to pay extra to get proper WiFi (about 1000 rupees for 24h). Very strange that you have to pay for good WiFi. Last thing: for some reason they were always cleaning the coffee machine during breakfast. It's fine to clean these machines once after every meal time, not sure why it has to happen during peak coffee time.
