I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the hotel management and staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The front desk was welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The housekeeping team deserves special mention as well. The room was spotless, and the attention to detail was remarkable. Everything from the linens to the amenities was top-notch, ensuring a relaxing and pleasant stay. Given the hotel's rates, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and overall experience. The staff Mr.Fahad was the one, who was in reception when I reached there and the behavior of all staff was very good and it made me more comfortable. The room was very good with WiFi, TV and the nightview through the window. The room included a small kitchen also. In the morning the from the reception, they reminded me to take the breakfast and where is the location to take the breakfast and it was buffet. If I get another opportunity I will visit again.

Really really exceeded my expectations, also its hands down the cleanest hotel i ve ever been in Oman. And i have been to quite a few.. also the receptionist (Bilal) is a really friendly and a great host. Thank you .. and i would definitely stay in this hotel again !

The receptionists are fabulous. They have been extremely professional, making sure I was very well taken care of. It was extremely positively surprised by the high quality of service provided. Everyone very kind, smiling, and trying to help.
