I loved the palm trees in the middle of hotel with the tables and chairs. The beach hut because we didn’t spend extra for umbrellas and chairs.

They charged us $10.00 for a very old towel because it was very dirty and they came to tell us that 30 minutes before directly to our room in a very rude way. Very poor wifi signal in the room. The swimming pool was too deep. I don’t know how to swim but I usually stay close to the steps, since I’m short.

The place is amazing, the staff was great, especially the front desk. Alexis was so helpful. The waiters were beyond the service. Eva and Martin always had a warm smile and were willing to help and serve us promptly. Thank you!

The only thing is I saw people driving on the beach very fast. From what I understood , they are not supposed to drive around the area because it is dangerous for anybody who sitting on the beach .

The location is great; it has a nice-size pool. The staff were really nice and helpful.

The window treatments are pretty much see-through, so be careful when changing ! The room was filled with mosquitoes, so we had to go buy repellent at the convenience stores across from the hotel. Nothing major but it took some time and energy from us in order to sleep comfortable.

The staff was outstanding. The manager was everywhere and very friendly. The buildings and amenities were all in very good repair and functioned perfectly. Everything was clean. The manager strived to keep the resort quiet and relaxed. The entry and parking area was paved which is somewhat unique as many of the resorts are just sand - a major detriment when riding a large cruising motorcycle :-) I would go out of my way to stay there again.

There is no hot water in the rooms. On the plus side, the ambient water temperature wasn't freezing and the weather is hot so it wasn't horrible.

The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. Out server/bartender Bryan was wonderful, along with Nelson and Chef Martin - who made the best fish burgers. I will be returning to Sambo Mambo very soon!

The staff was absolutely incredible. They were attentive from the moment I arrived to the second I left. The service and food in the restaurant was amazing. 10/10 would come back!

The young man at the gate was very professional and we enjoyed talking with him. We tipped everybody because they work so hard.

The property was beautiful. The staff were very kind. They waited for our arrival late at night. Our bartender and waiter Anthony was super kind and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

The water wasn’t very warm and the AC took a while to cool the room. But it was all still comfortable.

This hotel was in the perfect location right on the beach and in a quiet private area. The restaurant and bar were right on the beach, the perfect place to enjoy the sunset. The breakfast was excellent , generous and varied . The staff were very helpful and friendly and the whole property was well maintained, clean with a lovely pool area. We have already recommended this hotel to others and would definitely stay here again.
