Old but clean

It was advertised as air conditioning in the rooms . This is false advertising, unless a portable fan is considered “ air conditioning “ It has no view , located amongst other homes. Breakfast can only be rated as fair, skimpy portions, however there was fresh fruit salad The welcome was not overly welcoming. Any B&B I’ve stayed in and it’s been multiple always had snacks out for patrons but not here. Teas and coffee only.

We really enjoyed our stay - the room was comfortable and clean if on the smaller side, and the breakfast was excellent, with lots of homemade items - bread, rhubarb jam, muffins, pancakes, French toast. We especially enjoyed meeting the host, Diana, who is truly a very interesting, talented, knowledgeable and impressive person.

Breakfast was excellent - good selection of items, nicely prepared. Room was small, and cozy. The heritage ambience was accentuated by the wall hangings and quilts all made by our hostess. We enjoyed the conversations and suggestions for things to do in the area.

Coffee in disposable cup would have been appreciated. Many customers leave 7 am early to catch ferry. She provided yogurt and muffin ( much appreciated) but no coffee cup no coffee

Everything! The room and house was so cozy. There was a table with variety of teas and coffees which I loved. The host is so nice and lovely to talk to. She tries her best. The breakfast was a delight. It was awesome experinece. We extended our stay for a day because we felt so relaxed and comfortable there.

The room was small but bathroom was bigger than average size.

Our hostess was friendly and we chatted about the area, her family and experiences in the business. We also enjoyed the people who stayed in the other rooms.

The room we were in was a little crowded because it was set up to have 3 people. We didn't need the extra bed and extra space would have been nice, but we had access to a full living room and table downstairs, so it was fine.

Diana was super welcoming! I came with my Labrador and she was truly accommodating. All the rooms have a private bathroom, which is a real plus! Breakfast in the morning was quite good, and laundry service is also available. Thanks for everything!

Lovely friendly took good care of us. Such a lovely breakfast conversing with other guests and the owners. Special.

A bit hot in the room but once we opened the windows perfect! And we ould hear the ice berg cracking and breaking apart. So cool!

Excellent breakfast. Enjoyed the tour of Diana’s rug hooking. Nice and close to Twillingate amenities. Got to use the washer/dryer to do our laundry. Tea facilities so we could sit on the porch and enjoy the beautiful day.
