Excellent hotel with friendly, helpful staff and spacious rooms. We enjoyed the swimming pools very much and my child was delighted with the fish and turtles to watch while we ate our breakfast. Great choice of breakfast items and happy with the price we paid for a 7-night stay. It's an easy walk into town and the lake is only a few minutes' walk away. There are also a couple of supermarkets nearby. Vielen Dank!

The rooms are very spacious, especially for this price. There are shops nearby. Also there are (obviously) many options for exercising. The breakfast was good and had plenty plant-based options - a very nice suprise. Also the staff was very helpful, even though it was very busy - a nice hello to the ladies.

The hotel is not brand-new, but then again it offers very large rooms, which is great. I've never had a separate sofa before - very comfortable. Finally a place, where you can sit down and relax, instead of only having a place to sleep.

The pool, big portions of food in the restaurant, free parking, staff. The location and sports facilities are great.

The restaurant is closed at the same time as the pool, so it's not good, not enough time to change and eat. Also the slides and whirlpool in the swimming pool are closed by 6 pm, so after that children can't have fun!

The staff was very friendly and able to assist with a train back to Berlin. There are grocery stores and it's walking distance to downtown if there's no rain. The hotel is somewhat near a bus station. The room was fine as was the temperature.

The location is not very central and if it rains makes walking difficult. This seemed to be a gym first and hotel second. The walls are very thin. It was very difficult to get places by foot when raining. Bed wasn't comfortable.

The swimming-pools are amazing with all kind of entertainment for the kids. The kids also enjoyed going into the outside pool after sauna. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Lake is very close. Lovely to walk by it.

Very bad internet Wifi connection. During 4 days I could connect only once for an hour. The breakfast is meat based, Limited options for vegetarians. Probably none for vegans. Fruits are sliced way too big for putting it in bowl, but too small to hold it with hand. Also, melons are cut too close to the skin, or thy are not ready yet, anyway half of it is too hard to eat.

Kids liked the big swimming pool with the water slides and whirlpools in the sport centre right behind the hotel. Also the breakfast was very good. The breakfast room (rather a hall) with a pond in the middle of the hall where little living turtles had their home and attracted everyones attention was unique. Kids loved it.

Nothing we didn't like. A/C in the room would have been a plus but a transportable fan which was brought to our room did the job as well.

The best thing about this hotel are the sports facilities. We really enjoyed the pool (a great fun for kids and whole family). The location is great.

Breakfast is very limited. The restaurant and pool should be open longer.

A pity the opening times for the pool are too short, and the pool needs more cleaning and upkeep. Also the restaurant should be open until late. Breakfast is not the best. Very few vegan options.

The rooms are spacious, we were 4 people (2 adults, 1 kid and a baby) and still the room didn't feel cramped. Nice breakfast, and the food from the restaurant had fair prices.

The bathroom had a strong smell that came from plumbing. The bathroom itself was very clean, though. The room has old wooden floors under the carpet that creaks.

Great customer service - I planned to arrive late and got a call with instructions how to ge to the room as all staff was gone at that time. All went perfect.

Unfortunately, we were not allowed to have a breakfast on the deck area, next to the indoor pond with some fishes and turtles - would be great for my kids ;-)
