The staff were amazing and super friendly. We commented to each other how smiley they were and how they seemed to enjoy their work. One member even remembered our happy hour cocktails after only 2 nights.. felt good to be remembered.. Beds and comfortable with toppers and the room huge. The view was stunning, and the pool was a nice temp. Breakfast was great with a large choice of Western and Asian options. Rooftop dining was comfortable and a cool breeze each night. Food was also great.. they offer western dishes like ribs and brisket burgers (and more) or cheaper Asian dishes also. The water pressure was great, and the rain shower option was a welcome addition.

Ground floor sea view rooms need a gate installed into the hedge to make directed beach front access easier. Location is a little out of the way, but if you have transport, this is the ideal as it means it's also very quiet.

We have absolutely marvelous stay in this hotel! If You want quiet and tranquil rest this is Your hotel. We've received free upgrade of our room on arrival. It was on the second floor with sea view. There was everything needed for comfortable rest. Hotel is located far from main road so there is no traffic noise. Nearest 7/11 is 10 minutes' walk. If You exit hotel territory to the beach and turn left You can walk several km along uninterrupted shore. If You turn right in 10 minutes You'll reach cluster of small beach cafes with great seafood, sunchairs, tree shade etc. Breakfast containing Asian and European was very good. Staff was very helpful, they arranged our local transportation. This is just recommendation for guests: if You need local currency You should change it in advance because nearest exchange office is 20 minutes ride from hotel.

The rooms where clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The fact it is advised not to swim in the sea is slightly off putting although there was a beautiful pool ir sometimes became over crowded depending on guest numbers .The large numbers of wild dogs was also intimidating the hotel did have 24 hr security and they did there job very well you would see the actively patrolling the perimeter and taking photos to report in however I would not advise walking alone at night or early morning atleast until the sun has risen and you see locals start walking about freely.If you do feel the Urge to exercise the gym is very good with modern machinery and a view of the sea and also the children's play ground to keep an eye on the little ones while you work out.

The staff were amazing, attentive and friendly at all times. They were always willing to lend a hand from the front desk, breakfast, cleaning and the pool area. Everything was clean and stocked all the time Special mention to Ton at the front desk for helping us find local attractions and taking the time to get to k ow our family and how our day went. Little sentiments like this make your holiday special when you are away from home with a large family.

The bathroom door was difficult to lock as the latch wasn’t straight

Wonderful Hotel find in the Rayong area. Far away from downtown, quiet and relaxing. We love the room size for our big family. The pool is very nice, with good access to the beach. If you get a chance, I would recommend staying at this hotel.

I would suggest upgrading your breakfast to have more options and make the food tasty and not bland. Make less of it but make it tasty.

Brand new resort, clean, spacious and very easy to get to from the expressway. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed and the breakfast, contrary to what I read before, was excellent with a good variety of foods, fresh and great coffee!

Minor issues but the pool bar felt more like an afterthought, not always staff around the pool and no happy hour promotions. The A/C in the room is big so it can get cold very quickly and the door to the room did not always close properly, you really need to pull it in.

A great choice of breakfast including Thai and European. Staff were very friendly. Close to beach. Good swimming pool.

Restaurant in the evening didn't have much choice and a little expensive. Had to travel to do shopping by car etc. Not easy area to get Grab taxi as a bit out of their way.

The location . The drilling in the morning on thr Building site. No vegan Food posibilities. We were looking to Stay in Rayong but on booking it says Rayong and that its 20 kn from the Center which was actualky 48km. To get any where its an expensive taxi ride. Not a Beach front to lay on .

I was impressed by the wide variety of the breakfast buffet. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere due to the design, it is beautiful. I also liked that there are EV chargers - I only found out when I googled for "EV charger near me" when I wanted to charge by car. The next one is 20km away, so they should advertise this.
