A resort feeling at an inner city hotel. The hotel was clean. The staff gave exemplary service. The food in the restaurant was very good. The room was spacious, including the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. It was cozy and relaxing. We had been staying at a different hotel here in the past, but from now on we will stay here. Ours was a short stay, and we didn't have time to jump into the pool. Next time.

A microwave oven and a small refrigerator would have been nice to have,

The rooms are nice and comfortable, the hotel is very nice and the staff is generous. They have a restaurant and a coffee bar, which is comfortable. They offer shuttles to the airport, which is convenient and not expensive. The airport is very close by. Food in restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Shower was excellent.

A lot of the stuff in our room didn’t work (bedside lamp, apps on the tv, safety box). We didn’t have a lot of variety at breakfast. Some of the dishes on the menu were non-available and not enough options for vegetarians.

Pool

Our room were reserved via booking.com but when we were there the reception said that its not that big so we were asked to upgrade it and so we did but we added a fee again..so its like a cost of 2rooms...we were askinf if an additional bed would be added but instead an upgrade plus a cost of an another bed 3200 was added ro the initial 3k plua reservartion.

Spacious, Brand New, Bright, Clean Good service. There is cafe in lobby jointed w/ Starbuck.......what a surprise after long drive from Banaue / Batad rice terraces Hotel cab flag tuktuk to town center for authentic Chinese restaurant

They provide ONLY one keycard. Requested additional but was refused. I mean that’s good if you are alone - what if you are with family, like you all should be together when you go out? TV is not user-friendly, requires you to call a staff for assistance.

Ideal location a few minutes from airport and main town. Nice modern building with excellent breakfast

Wife thought the lighting in the room was a little dull but only while putting on her makeup

As a Western, I would have liked more continental breakfast. For exp every day real bacon. But... when I asked it, there was no problem

It's our go to hotel whever we go home to Isabela, it's near the airport and the mall. I liked how the staff were all so kind and accommodating. Food was great and the rooms were clean.

The breakfast was fantastic and the location was just perfect, an amazing hotel so looking forwards to staying again xx
