We had a wonderful time at Hotel Havanna! The staff were so kind and friendly and spoke exceptional English. Special mention to Josefin who served us at dinner on the first night and gave us a brilliant quick crash course on the history of rum on the second night, and helped us try out and find a new rum that we love! The spa was excellent quality and such a treat!

The only downside is that the twin room was a little bit small for two women with quite large bags - not a lot of floor space.

This is a cool Hotel in Cuba style, here you can relax with a good cigar and sip on a tasty Rom. The staff is very helpful and nice, parking is free just outside. The breakfast buffet was very good and the diner at the restaurant was delicious. Close to city Center and the sea, perfect for a nice weekend. We will be back,

It was such an interesting hotel. Almost a museum and art gallery as well. The attention to detail in decor was amazing and it was very clean. Lovely food and lovely staff.

We did book a small room and it was indeed really small but everything worked well.

The style, the atmosphere, spa, bar, the quality of the rooms. It is a 3 star hotel which is far better to stay at than some 5 stars. They even have hair conditioner.

Amazing hotel, they have really gone all in with the Cuban theme. Fantastic photos, posters and statues all over the place. Very cosy restaurant, and the bathroom was quite incredible; very large and great decor. Great view from the balcony as well as from the Hemingway Tower. Very good location only a short stroll from the beach, and quite near the city center as well.

Not a lot, but if you are in a wheel chair, it's probably not the hotel for you, as there are many stairs.

The spa was superb and the hotel room was clean and a generous size with a bath the staff on reception were very helpful and polite

Everything was very good, room was a bit on the small side, but apart from that all good

Got upgraded to a superior double room with balcony and sea view. Never happened before at Havana so very nice surprise. Love the spa. Good food. Love the cigar room.

Some of the staff don't even look up or acknowledge you.

Really surprising and rather wonderful. Great hotel, close to the sea, Cuban themed with friendly staff, a wonderful spa with hot tub, pool and saunas. Delicious food and cosy bars, would recommend!

Thanks. We really enjoyed these 3 days, The kitchen, atmosphere and the spa was really nice ! The life music banbd was an extre bonus :) There is an amazing rum and cigar collection. I just recommend to visit it.
