Wonderful location, as the area is stunning for walking & cycling. Very friendly & helpful host. The garden was lovely, and there is a kitchen you can use to prepare your own food. Clean and comfortable. Could not fault the place.

A very pleasant , welcoming and helpful host ( suggestions of where to visit and local restaurants )and his family .A beautiful country village house with delightful gardens and outdoor seating and dining areas .We stayed 4 nights and the breakfasts were good - fresh bread and a variety of homemade jams . Self catering kitchen large and well equipped . We would definitely stay again if visiting this area . We are English but live in Spain.

I arrived really late due to issues with my motorbike but this was no problem. This is a place where the family live but the room was warm, neat, clean and comfortable. Its a lovely place to stay and very charming. Breakfast was typically French with homemade jam and marmalade. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone that is in that area.

Comfortable bed, and everything worked fine. Tastefully decorated. The host was nice and helpful about what to do in the area. Plenty of off street parking.

A stained area on the wall beneath the window may be from an old leak. A minor point, as the room and bathroom were tastefully decorated and otherwise in good condition. It would prevent me staying again. As with almost all French properties, they seem to forget that foreign travellers who arrive by plane are restricted from bringing shampoo! There was a small liquid soap dispenser, which smelt nice, but not really much use to wash hair! I accidentally left the bottle I had to buy in the bathroom, so hopefully it will of use to subsequent guests!

Lovely breakfast, beautiful relaxing outdoor space with hammock and comfy chairs with shade, very helpful and friendly host. All set in wonderful part of France.

Good-sized room and bathroom. Good shower.The host kindly booked a table reservation at a nearby restaurant.

House rule of shoes off indoors is unwelcoming. If host is so concerned about damage to floors, then why open a chambre d'hote? However, at our first breakfast a dog was allowed into the eating area with dirty paws . Breakfast poor, limited choice compared with other accommodation we used in same price range where hosts provided at least charcuterie and cheese. Presentation of breakfast dreadful. Dirty jam jar lids, mould (?) on inside of one jar,butter pat a mess (photos attached) All in all, very uninviting in gloomy dining room
