Very cozy, tasteful and clean environment. The staff super helpful and Ms. Mike the Manageress very attentive offering guidance!

Food service is limited, timing very restricted.

It was wonderfully personal with manager Mikke giving us great local information and Leon driving us to and from their sister restaurant Out of Africa in the evening. Very spacious rooms (we booked honeymoon rooms), comfortable big bed, lively bathroom and great breakfast. Small property in lovely garden with secure parking. Despite being on Otjiwarongo’s Main Street there was no street noise at all.

It's a lovely place and very beautiful breakfast room and lovely outside courtyard; the manageress was lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional.

The room wasn't ready at 16:40pm for us to check into, there is no option for dinner, and the room is very basic with a very small fridge, the coffee station didn't have coffee and powdered milk, we had to go ask for it.

Great staff, great rooms, comfy stay. Staff made a to-go breakfast for us that we could take for our early morning departure to see the Cheetahs. Thank you!

Just a bummer the restaurant wasn't open for lunch or dinner after we checked in, so we had to check in then leave for a meal then come back. We would've loved to arrive to the hotel, eat and relax in our room.

Perfectly centrally situated. Exceptionally helpful staff who assisted with information on next accommodation possibility on way back to Cape Town. Srunning, clean and comfortable rooms. Met fellow adventure travellers at the beautifully presented breakfast. Safe parking.

Nice clean comfy rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good reataurant and breakfast. Nice garden and close to town and shops. Just needs a bench for luggage and comfy chair to sit on in room where we stayed. Otherwise you always have to siit on bed. Beds are bit short but comfy.

Liked how spacious the room was. The stay also didn’t have many restrictions in terms of up & down movement in & out of the property for the guests. The staff were extremely helpful. The food was great

How the toilet wasn’t entirely clean. It looked like it was cleaned but not thoroughly.

This hotel had a beautiful garden with a water fountain in the middle. And the hotel staff were so friendly and caring. We also received large packed breakfast, because we needed to drive out early.

The place is good and not noisy. The area where is situated is also in the main road

The breakfast is not nice. The juice which is served was also not nice. Will advise so they can look for a variety of breakfast menus or just to have more healthy breakfast food. The current menu is not that bad but is not up to standard.

Stunning rooms, spacious and well appointed. Evening staff although friendly and welcoming, can do with abit more professionalism. The grounds were utterly well kept and beautifully maintained. Loved that location is in city centre,however, you cannot hear any traffic. The establishment were immeculate.

Restaurant was closed maybe due to renovations. Breakfast setup may need abit of rethinking, Would prefer baked instead of scrambled eggs. Waiting staff to assist with arrangements, would be nice.
