We stayed for only one night. The room was cean and confortable. Breakfast had several options and was pretty good.

The bathroom was a bit old and could be updated. There was a bit of confusion about whether the hotel kitchen was opne to serve dinner, but it was sorted out in the end.

Good location in the centre of town. Good class of hotel for the money

The room was huge and so well furnished. The breakfast was good and was provided early for us because we had a plane to catch. It was a bargain!

The only drawbacks were the heat (we had a fan but no apparent AC)& few charging outlets

The staff was wonderful, allowing us an early check in, which was much appreciated since my kids were sick and we had been up for 24 hours. The breakfast was also great!!!

The triple room was fairly small for three of us.

Much nicer hotel than the pictures, big rooms, in the city center. Because we left very early they opened the breakfast buffet at 5:30 especially for us, 10 stars for that!

The staff was amazing, breakfast delicious and varied, terrace pool and sauna ☀️

Great location 10 mins to bus terminal and 15 to airport

Probably one of the noisiest places I have stayed so far in my trip in South America. You could hear everything from other rooms and from the corridors (it’s like the walls were made of paper). They should really enforce hotel regulations by having curfew time or present to people code of conduct and behaviour in the rooms. I couldn’t have a good night sleep because of screaming kids and loudly talking people until the late hours of the night. Room was super hot without an air conditioning and the shower’s drain was blocked completely from the beginning, something they should have check and solved before any guests checks in. Beds weren’t that comfortable and relatively short in length (through the latter seems normal in Latin America’s accommodations).
