Everything. It's almost perfect

Service. It's not even the fault of the waiters, managers should be blamed for that. Even asking for water at room took about 15-20 mins. Every order of food took 1 hour to bring to us regardless of the quantity. We didn't know that outside drinks are not allowed and we were told we will be blacklisted for next time. They also charged 1500 extra for glasses at the end and we were pretty sure it was because we got into a verbal fight with a servant regarding not drinking outside. At this level, we do not expect such small things from a resort and it really changed our mood while leaving. Still leaving a good rating just because of the infrastructure and facilities.

Rooms were decent.

Staff are not readily available. You have to call them repeatedly to get things done. The room booking includes the swimming pool. However, due to more crowds on the weekend, the hotel staff started interrogating the guests about their costumes etc. It was a pretty bad experience for female guests and embarrassment for all to have such a bad experience. Policing the guests straight out of the pool was awful. Additionally, if you are not coming through your own vehicle then do not book this place. It is weirdly disconnected to even the main highway and forget about any cab/auto etc from this place.

This is horrible place as the staff is so arrogant and there is no professionalism. Poorly managed Pool is so dirty and service is really poor
