The cleanliness and staff attitude is superb.

Maybe Cause it's not a vacation purpose hotel, the space is a bit cramped, and the bed is not that comfortable. The site said it's a queen size bed, but actually it's 2 single beds arranged side by side. I got muscle soreness when I woke up in the morning.

good location. i just like the omelette and sunny side up for the breakfast, other just fine.

the bed, i reserved queen bed and yes i got it but the fact it was twin bed which made it to be queen bed as i realized there was separation in the middle. it was fine to me and not big issue.

Room.is clean , staffs were polite and helpful

Room.is small. No fridge in room. Room is not sound proof. There's a railway nearby and sound of prayers

The staff were pleasant, nice, and helpful. It was clean and well kept. The location is nice, steps away from Citimall.

The bathroom could use more counter space for things. The breakfast could have had more variety, perhaps a better bread selection and some pastries.

Hotel area is very clean , the room also very clean and comfort , the food was delicious. Location in the city area. Very recommended Hotel

I was in 1st floor on this floor there is facility gym and swimming pool. on weekend and public holiday the walkways from room to lift always had splash water

The staff is really helpful and friendly. The facilities in the room also in a good shape. It is easy to find.

But the wall so thin, you can hear someone that talk and people that slammed the door. For sure, I can't sleep well, because the pillow also too thick. For the food, the taste still ok.
