The hotel was quiet allowing for a good night's sleep. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed having 4 pillows per bed. The bathroom and dressing area were free from plumbing issues.

The elevator was under maintenance and it appeared it was out of order for some time. I am handicapped and there was no available rooms on the first floor. An employee at the registration desk was kind to offer a room at a different hotel, however, I managed to make it upstairs ok, and enjoyed the rest of my stay at the hotel and casino.

The breakfast at the Prospector Restaurant was delicious and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable for my needs and the gambling machines were quite an amazing experience!!!

I didn't like that it was too cold to use the pool, but that was because of the weather, not the staff.

Traveling from CA to CO and needed a place to stay for a night that allowed dogs. Beds were comfortable, quiet hotel section, and friendly staff at when we checked in. Multiple lights in parking lot with many security cameras made me feel safe to have truck and trailer parked for the night.

Hotel check in was located next to smoky casino.

I LOVED EVERYTHING!!!!!!! Ther Red Garter by far is the best place to stay!!!!! I can't remember his name but the gentleman that worked in the restaurant the morning of 9/16/24 the slender younger man, absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!! He was the cherry on top of this stay and management needs to know you have a Gem working for you. Thank you!!!!

The room was nice, and the price was great.

The first set of keys didn't work and I had to go back to the front desk to get them fixed. Then the sign for the cafe said open 24 hours out front. Then inside it said it was open until 11. We were there a few minutes after 10 and it was already closed.

It was a great location. Next to a gas station just a short walk to a second casino so if you wanted to switch casinos it was easy. They have a delicious cafe in there that is reasonably priced

A few lights in our room didn't work. The window stuck the door was off center

My room was right by the door where my cat was parked

It smelled of cleaning solution to try and cover up the stinch from cigarette smoke and mildew/mold I understand the casino has smokers and the bldg is older

Very slow check in due to the girl checking me in was eating with one hand and checking me in with the other, and while eating talking to me with her mouth full. Also the elevator wasn't working as well

The location was great. Ate breakfast a Prospector Cafe and I was a little disapointed that there were only 5 or 6 breakfast choices.

The shower pressure was very extreme and it made a loud screeching sound the whole time while showering.

We liked everything about the place.. Every one was so nice and helpful.. Our room was on the first floor which was great for my husband who can't walk very well.. The room was cleaned and the bed was sooo comfortable..

The view from our room was just the parking lot, but that's ok.. Everything else was great..
