We had a truly wonderful stay in Teruel! The hotel’s location couldn’t be more perfect – all the city’s beautiful historic landmarks were just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. They even treated us to some delicious homemade pastries and helped us to buy train tickets. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious – a great way to start each day. We left with lovely memories and would be happy to return anytime!

Large, well lit room and bathroom. Excellent bed. Great location near points of interest and restaurants. Very clean.Easy free parking at the railway station, 5 minutes away from the hotel. Good breakfast. Wonderful tour of archeological discoveries under the hotel, led by the very knowledgeable owner.

No more croissants nor fresh orange juice for breakfast at 10 AM, though the buffet is open till 11 AM.

Great location, nicely designed cozy hotel in Old Town. For Spanish speakers they organize for free a short excursion to their Medieval cellar and tunnel, do it!

The only thing which did not match the description was parking. Hotel does not have free parking, you have to park outside the Old Town, there is a free parking next to train station. Not a big deal, some 5 min walk, but still, this is not hotel parking.

I enjoyed everything (the hall looked so cozy– ornamented with books and comfy sofas), but the staff was exceptional. I'd like to mention Carlos, who I believe was the one who received me. He was very kind and professional. Thanks for switching to English!

I understand it's pricey due to its location, but I'd've loved it had it been a bit less expensive. People outside were a bit loud, but that's not something up to the staff, so it's fine!

This hotel is just a half block off the Placa de la Primera Piedra, a row of restaurants on a long balcony facing west. The city's attractions and a large parking garage are an easy walk from the hotel. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, clean and the bed comfortable. The AC, television and Wi-Fi all worked properly. The hotel has an unexpected bonus... an old tunnel beneath hotel connects to the church on the next street. The tunnel was build long ago and gave the bishop access from the hotel location to the church. The staff will take you through the tunnel if you ask. They'll also tell you how it was used for eavesdropping on confessions. Apparently, husbands would pay to hear their wives confessions! Breakfast is extra but affordable. 3€ for coffee and a pastry and 9€ for the full buffet. We were happy with the buffet quality although it was nothing special.

A lovely building modern but with character. The tour of the medieval tunnels beneath the hotel and the enthusiastic lady guide was very interesting. Our room was large and bright with a very comfortable bed. Parking was free at the train station which is a five minute walk from the hotel, all the bars,restaurants and tourist attractions are all less than 8 minutes walk away. Must mention the cheerful and helpful staff. A very enjoyable experience.

Not a thing.

Location is really good. Friendly staff. Free parking a few hundred metres away is an added bonus. If you want a very good restaurant and a nice dinner avoid the main square with its tourist traps and poor hygiene. Go to the Catedrale restaurant inside of the palacio hotel. Top notch cuisine, service, and at prices which will not bust the budget. Reserve is the best option. I can imagine this resto on a Friday evening.

Nothing. All was efficient and we would stay here again on our way to Valencia.

This is a truly good hotel! From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we enjoyed ourselves and were looked after like royalty. Other hotels may have spas and suchlike, but how many have an underground passageway to the church next door, and are prepared to show it to you? Excellent room too, and a fine breakfast. What more could we ask for?

Nothing - it was close to perfect!

great location, around the corner from san pedro tower and close to everything. well appointed and comfortable room. good shower pressure and spacious shower. owner gives fantastic tour of the underground tunnel and crypt from medieval times.

our modern room looked out to interior light well so not great, but curtain treatment with block out blind and sheer gave light and was very tasteful.

It was our second stay at this hotel. The location is great and the staff very attentive. We were upgraded to the 15 sq m room on the 5th floor and it was wonderful, very roomy and with high ceilings. The buffet breakfast was tasty and plentiful. There was also a choice of coffee with croissat or toast for 3.50 and it was really good.
