The room was quiet and clean. The furnishings and toiletries were tasteful and of quality. The bed was comfortable. Having a balcony to the room was nice but the cool cloudy weather and mosquitos limited its use on that particular evening. The areas for groups/meetings were attractive. The stay was unquestionably comfortable, and the hotel succeeded in the most important aspects.

Plastic plants were deemed unfitting and a bit degrading to the experience. If natural plants are not feasible, try a different decoration. The room was a bit small and there was no area for serious desk work, only a long shelf about 40 cm wide. The "spa" and pool were not compelling and added little to the value of lodging. The location at the top of Lake Champlain is an attractive idea but the actual lake front was occupied by private concerns and therefore had limited access from the property.

We traveled to Hôtel le Rosay from our home in Vermont just north along Lake Champlain. This hotel did not disappoint. It is like walking into a mini resort with bike rentals and the most beautiful grounds and decor both inside and out. We were greeted by two lovely staff who spoke wonderful English and gave us some good tips on where to eat in Venise en Quebec. Our room was beautiful with a gorgeous balcony looking out at the lake and packed with lots of goodies you can purchase for a reasonable price. The pool on site was awesome! Clean and lined with comfy loungers along the pool deck and just a few steps away from a hot tub and sauna! Their grounds are lined perfectly with flowers and other plants with a family vibe that resonates throughout. Venise en Quebec is a wonderful little village along the shores of Lake Champlain that is a hidden gem.

LOVED COTTAGE 8!!! We had the best time and really enjoyed our stay. The private hot tub (which we didn't know about when booking) was such a sweet surprise after a long drive from Toronto. The staff were super friendly and helpful - I called for an iron and even though it was pouring rain, they brought one right away. The place was clean, cute, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay!

The bed in the master was a bit soft and springy, so if one person moved around it affected the other person which isn't ideal. Otherwise very happy with the accommodations :)

The price seemed higher at the hotel than what I had expected when I booked it through bookings. I was surprised at the hundred dollar deposit which I expect to receive back but the overall cost was about $50 above what I had thought on Booking.com it would be it was worth the additional cost. I just didn’t expect it.

We rented the cottage, and it was perfect for our needs. We found the kitchen well-equipped, and also enjoyed both the sauna and the swimming pool. We also loved that we could walk to the shopping area and along the lake, and that we could easily leave for a bike ride. The grounds were beautifully kept as well.

We were surprised to see the town overrun with motorcycles on Sunday, but it didn't really affect our stay. (We were glad our cottage was back from the street.)

We visited so that we could view the total eclipse. My husband and I with our daughter stayed 2 nights in the bungalow. It was quite spacious, with two separate sleeping areas, two full baths, and a decent size kitchen and living room area.

The hotel is pretty new. Room are spacious.Queen bed feels smaller Matress is a little too soft. You can hear noise /voices from room next door. Mini Bar is not free. Make sure you don't mess with it. They charge quickly if something is missing.. check your invoice. Nexexpresso cups provided in room is a bonus.. Overall,, winter time is very quiet in the area. Noah Spa excellent choice. Make reservations in person Hotel is well located. Outside Sauna and Spa tub a plus.

They charged me for something I didn't use. Could have contacted me first to avoid the hassle. Refund was done few days after. Staff answers your emails promptly.

We booked a family studio prepared to share a room and it ended up having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, which was fantastic. The place was spotlessly clean, kitchen was well stocked with equipment, comfortable beds, and the hot tub in the side yard was wonderful.

For an off-season booking in March, it did seem a bit pricey.

Great, helpful staff, easy check-in. Nice location close to the lake and eating places. Liked the quiet, bright room with balcony and lake view. The bed was very comfortable, and iit had a perfect climate control.

A couple more hangers would have been nice.

Very beautiful, bougie hotel. Lovely room overlooking the lake. It had table and chairs on the patio. Room was newly decorated and very clean. Outdoor heated pool Staff was great. Really happy I stayed there.

No restaurant. There was one across the road though.
