The Breakfast spread was awesome. Pastries very delicious and well-made. The food at this hotel is very good. Lovely environment, beautiful view. Helpful and warm staff.

Too much Mosquitoes at the Lobby/Reception. Staff claim its because of the river at the back of the hotel, but I am from Lagos where we have many hotels overlooking the water, so I found that excuse implausible. They need to learn to fumigate properly. It would have been nice if there is some sort of rug on the floor surrounding the bed in the room. The early check-in rate of $95 extra is a bit Steep.

The staff were friendly and the food was palatable. We enjoyed the food, drinks, and seem natural lighting. The seating arrangement is good. I highly appreciate that Liberian dish was served.

Have a list of all local and international TV channels available at the Hotel to make it easy for customer to choose their prefer channel. Also list emergency: security/police, hospitals, fire contacts incase of an emergency. Listing contacts of reliable and secure means of transportation to part of the city will be of great help to customers.

Location is incredible. The grounds are so beautiful. Huge, spacious rooms. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind.

The ONLY points of improvement: floors in the room could have been a bit more clean. The bathroom was also missing some of the amenities (shampoo, shower soap). I travel with my own so it wasn’t a problem, but may be for others. But otherwise, truly thrilled with this stay and happy to make the Farmington my base for work while in Liberia.

The manager was particularly friendly and helpful. All the staff are very professional and cordial. It was great to see the restaurant staff smiling at 5am, and the chef makes some really good omelets

I filled out a card asking for a wakeup call at 4:30 a.m., but I didn't get a call. It's a good thing I was already up by that time. It must have been an oversight on the part of the staff on duty. I recommend steps be taken to ensure that no wake call requests are overlooked in the future, as that could lead to a guest missing his or her flight.

The hotel arranged a trip to Monrovia for me and it was very smooth. The driver Samuel was professional and kind. The front-desk staff are kind and helpful and the responses to changes, requests and questions through the booking.com app were prompt, polite and lively as during previous stays at Farmington. Airport pick-up and drop off were simple and good as usual.

The hotel ground is very beautiful and clean. A lot of amenities and the restaurants were great with very tasty food and reasonable prices.

The bed was not comfortable at all. I was a bit surprised by how uncomfortable the bed was for such a nice hotel.

This is said to be the first house in Liberia. I am not sure if this is good or bad. Sure, the hotel is good, the pool excessive, and the service was great. Breakfast was not as expected, especially not if you are vegetarian or even vegan.

I had to pay 4 USD for 1.5 litre of water. Not acceptable in countries where tab water is not drinkable and it is super hot. Also, transport from and to Monrovia is either incredibly expensive or very dusty. And it takes about 1-2 hours depending on traffic.

The number of towels and bedside tables and lamps should match the number of guests, it was two of us. Apart from a 5 stars rating.

Staff - professional, pleasant and helpful. Aaron our driver from the airport, Nancy at the front desk, MacHenry the porter and Michael in the restaurant were exceptional. Location proximityto airport was ideal. Food was excellent. The cost is on target.

The beds were rock hard. It was a great disappointment after 1.5 days flying to not have a comfortable bed. Improving the beds so they're softer would upgrade the entire visit.

Great breakfast spread. The car service was a tremendous help in getting me where I needed to go 1 hour from the hotel. The hotel van was at the airport at 3:30 in the morning. What a pleasant surprise!
