My recent stay at this hotel was, for the most part, excellent. The room was wonderfully spacious, and I particularly appreciated the comfortable mattress and pristine, white linens – just how I like them. The cleanliness throughout was exceptional, and I found all the expected amenities such as slippers, a bathrobe, plush bath towels, and toiletries readily available.

However, there were a couple of minor issues that prevented a perfect experience. The safe in my room was not functional, which was a slight inconvenience. More significantly, I was somewhat disappointed with the room service. I ordered the "veal chop with wild berries" as advertised on the hotel's website menu via phone. Upon payment, I was presented with a bill that showed double the price and listed "lamb chop" instead, with the explanation that the website menu was apparently incorrect. This discrepancy was quite surprising. Despite these small setbacks, the overall quality of the hotel, particularly the comfort and cleanliness of the room, was very impressive.

The windows are not closing properly!!! During a windy night it’s impossible to sleep because of the whistle produced by wind going through the non-closing windows!

It was a very bad and strong smell around the hotel, like it was a broken drain pipe. Lack of light in the room.

Kindly advice for the receptionist, please look into your system if a customer came already 6 times or more to your hotel, for sure he knows he have to pay before leaving! Using Booking.com for reservations makes him more aware about this.

We have been using VisPas for many years, and is great. If is an issues as minor as it can be they are trying to solve it as fast as possible. amazing for group travels or just couples, great position.

Really happy to find this pet friendly hotel. We were travelling with our cats and needed a place to stay. What an amazing find 🙏

The only thing was the breakfast, as no options for gluten and lactose free food, no vegan options either.

Large room with a balcony, everithing is new and fresh, comfortable huge bed. Good breackfest. Kind service staff at the reception.
