Everything was wonderful with the hotel. There was only one item that would have made it more perfect, and that is a small microwave. We had a mini fridge in the room, but really needed a microwave for a thing or two. I'm not sure if any of the rooms there have microwaves, but if not, they would be a great addition. (This is just a suggestion and not a complaint.) The place was lovely, clean, and even smelled nice. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

The detail cleaning in the room could be a little better edges etc but all in all it was good . They should also warm a person if taking the room beside y'all's laundry that it will be noisy but not a big deal I didn't mind soich but others might.

Its a very beautiful hotel. They had it decorated nicely for Christmas. There was also Christmas music playing and light set up in the street in front of the hotel. There was also a few shops and restaurants near by as well.

Everything was great. There wasnt anything to dislike about the stay.

Beautiful hotel, with interesting artwork. I was there on a Sunday, so the shops were closed, but it’s right in the middle of the downtown. Very close to the Grammy Museum. The absolute best part of this place is the rooftop bar. I sat outside for three hours enjoying the breeze and drinking wine. A whole bottle of wine was less than $25!

The rooms were nicely styled and put together. Our rooms had chandeliers in them, which I thought was really nice. Had board and baton ceilings but very tastefully done.

The bathroom had hair in it on the shower and floor with trash under the vanity and the bed had what looked like ashes on it around the pillows but I thought we had a none smoking room.

Breakfast was not provided, but was available for purchase in the boutique shop in the lobby. There was no complementary coffee in the lobby, but there was a Keurig in the room

There was no mini fridge in the room, we had to ask for real glasses in the room, we ask for a late check out, but upon returning to the room 20 minutes prior to the late checkout of noon,someone was in the room cleaning it. I had high expectations for this hotel as I was told there was nothing like it in the Delta, as a frequent traveler one expects certain amenities and level of service. This didn’t feel like a good value for dollars spent.

My coffee pod blew up and made a mess on me as well as the counter. I was burned a little and was offered a trip to the hospital which wasn't required. I was a little dissapointed that I was not offered a meal or a discount. Oh well

The location was close to a lot of eateries and things to do during our stay. The hotel was very nice and the room was spacious. They have two onsite restaurants which can save you a trip from leaving the hotel, however we didn't utilize the restaurants during our visit.

What could have been better was the room at least having a microwave or fridge. A swimming pool would have been nice as well. Especially in Mississippi hot weather. It didn't ruin our stay, we had a great time. There were a lot of hair in the shower, but used a paper towel and cleaned it out. You have to request cleaning if you are staying multiple days. You have to use your room key to have access to the elevators.

I love the wood floors in the room because I don’t like hotel rooms with carpet because it smells. It’s always clean here. I always stay here when I visit home

The restaurant located in the hotel, their food could’ve been better. It was okay but not good. It used to be good a couple of years ago don’t know what happened.

It was a little pricey, there were only two carts for luggage, which made it a little complicated for visitors. We must’ve sit around an hour before we could get a cart. Mosquitoes!! OMG, need I say more.
