The hotel fulfil my request to have 2 rooms adjacent to each other with connecting door too. Check-in and check-out process are quite simple and all hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Swimming Pool is clean, but the children play room looks like a nursery and not too clean and bright. Breakfast is various and good.

There is very limited notification on how to enter the Hotel area as it is behind Novotel, so we have turn around twice until we noticed that the entrance is just next to Novotel entrance and before the other hotel entrance after Novotel. Ibis needs to put bigger and noticable signage near the entrance.

Location was really close to the main road and center of activities. Staff were helpful and warm. Room was nice for the price.

Lobby was hot due to aircon was turned off when we arrived in the afternoon. The shower door was not designed to avoid the water to leak out. So the floor was always very wet after shower.

We’re in Solo for our daughter’s wedding. The hotel is clean, at good location and has everything we needed. All staff we met are all friendly, helpful, polite and attentive. We would like to thank these special team members who have done their extra efforts to make our daughter’s special day even more special: * Bintang from Food & Beverage Department, who helped us preparing special amenities in the room for the newlywed. * Yonathan and Anne from the Reception, who helped us organizing the special bed set up for the newlywed.

The only improvement feedback we would like to share is about the top floor rooms. We’re assigned in Room 1141. The room was very noisy and we could feel that it was vibrating. The Engineering team came to check but nothing he could do because the noisy was from the AC compressor located on top of our room. Thanks to Yuan, the Receptionist, who acted fast in changing our room to the lower floor in Room 932. The new room was much better and quieter.

The path to Novotel, which is between the pool and the waterfall was often slippery and wet. The wall next to the pool needs to be made a little higher to stop the water splashing over the path

Location , walking distance to convenience store and popular restaurant ( sate kambing Pak Manto) Comfy bed I was having trouble with television and shower, but it was quickly resolved

Wifi wasn't working at my room (11th floor)

I didn't get with breakfast package. The location is superb, not far from the train station and toko oleh2. I got a very clean towel 👍🏻

maybe the sanitairs need to be cleaned more. The toothbrush is too small and too soft. On the 1st day, my neighbor next door was very noisy, their children screamed and knocked on the walls, but the next morning they had checked out

The staffs were helpful and communicative throughout my whole stay. The location is also superb, with the lobby is thoughtfully located so that the ambience still calming and welcoming while still being accessible from the main street.

Me and family always love to stay in this hotel. The swimming pool is great! The spa was excellent! Wanda the spa therapist was amazing. I had an evening massage and enjoyed every minute of it. I’ll definitely come back again.

Strategic location, it was easy to find dining place and souvenir center nearby.

The parking access was not so convenient. When coming back to the hotel in the evening, I had to wait for a fairly long time to get in, because both of the dropping point and the parking entrance were blocked with cars. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent, it turned cold at some point and I had to wait until the hot water was running again. The pool and gym were shared with Novotel. The pool was located next to the restaurant of Novotel, so it was not too convenient to swim at any time during the day.

Strategically located, near the keraton / palace, not too far from mall and train station with reasonable price
