I almost cancelled my booking at DoubleTree, but I am so glad I didn’t. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and cleanliness of this hotel were immediately clear. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the warm welcome I received set the tone for an outstanding stay. I want to extend a special thank you to Patrick, who greeted me upon arrival. His excellent English, genuine politeness, and impeccable service immediately stood out. Patrick’s approach reflects the highest standards of hospitality, and he made me feel truly valued as a guest — something I don’t say lightly. Having spent over 20 years working in hospitality and customer service, I can be hard to impress. However, Patrick’s professionalism, attention to detail, and authentic care not only met but exceeded my expectations. It is rare to encounter someone so naturally skilled in making guests feel genuinely welcome. Patrick is a true asset to the DoubleTree team, and it’s staff like him that turn a good stay into a memorable one. Convenient location, very close and convenient to Changlong and Macau, warm and thoughtful staff service, especially the duty manager Clarence!

Room service response is slow, night service phone is difficult to dial, go to the front desk to find that the staff need to answer the phone while checking in, the staff arrangement is not reasonable enough

When I came to Hengqin on a business trip, I saw the newly opened DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. I chose this hotel out of trust in Hilton. Sure enough, it did not disappoint people. Hilton has always been at a high level. Duty manager Clarence was very warm and thoughtful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was rich and delicious.

Clean and spacious room with nice views. Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not everything was cleaned after room cleaning eg cups
