Loved the location of the hotel. ENJOYED and experienced THE BEAUTIFUL surroundings of pure NATURE. Friendly welcome by receptionist after a long drive of 500km was heart warming. A refreshing ,comfortable and spacious bedroom was so appealing . The balcony added extra pleasure for us to relax and enjoy some fresh air and view the beautiful mountains . We liked the room, good value for money, the linen is clean, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is excellent [included] and we had dinner 2x and it was satisfiable, and the hot shower is a 10/10!

One have to battle with your luggage up the stairs at reseption, you must battle with your luggage to get it to your room on 1st and 2nd floors, upstairs. It can be a bit noisy, they can ask their patrons to keep the other patrons in mind, especially after 10. We stayed the 2nd time downstairs, there was a non-existing door to the outside, we did not feel very safe. There is no security at the gate, no safe parking. Dont know if there was security guards at night.

The room was clean with a kettle and a selection of coffee an tea, the bed comfortable. The restaurant had a good selection of food and drink. Breakfast was a selection of hot and cold food a selection of fruit coffee and teas all very good and enjoyable.

The bath in the bedroom had a six inch split, a good job we were on the ground floor. The pool looked well used and I think it was in cleaning mode as it was cloudy and smelt of chlorine..(not a bad thing) funny you should put a pool by the restaurant and bar area ? One little boy fell in !

The staff are incredibly kind and helpgul. The deal we got thrpugh Booking.com was a great Deal.

The rain, but you cant change the weather! We werent given the delux room as advertised, but we almost didnt get our dinner either. Denver on reception didnt read our booking right.he was insisting that we dodnt get dinner.. I had to be very firm, and he had to call his manager. Would help if booking.com stated dinner and breakfast clearly on my app after paying, as "half board" doesnt mean much. Bedding wasnt the right size so sheet didnt fit mattresses. Could see the mattress poking outall round sides.the duvetinner was also too small. The second bed was missing from the room. Id say they werent too organised for our arrival. But the staff are very sweet natured. Also take the smoking option off of Booking.com, as there are no smoking rooms there.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely. We traveled from Namibia to Cape Town and stayed over one night - location for this is ideal. We will stay here again on our next trip.

If you have very small kids, the place may not be ideal. Rooms are small and the only outside area to play has an open pool. Very few TV channels with no options for kids. Fine for older kids or for a short stay over but no place to play (or anything to watch) for longer periods.

We were met with friendly staff even though it was past 23h00 for check-in. We were shown to our rooms, which were exceptionally clean and efficient for our stay. I was also very happy to see there was a hair dryer, for I forgot to pack mine. Beautiful view. Breakfast was delicious and caters for everyone's needs. Staff all are very friendly and eager to assist. Thank you!

When we returned to our rooms after breakfast, room service was in the one room changing the linen and preparing it for the next quest. I think it would be better if they quickly made the beds while you are enjoying breakfast, and that they can come after 11:00 which is when you must check out, to change the linen and freshen up the room for the next quest, because we could not return to the one room after breakfast. Luckily they have not started in the other room yet and we all could go to that room until we left.

Nice hotel, situated on the edge of town. Easy to find. Very good and new facilities; good restaurant and very nice buffet breakfast offered. Friendly and helpful personnel; easy check-in. Good air-conditioning in rooms and nice pool.

Parking, although safe and inside premises, is very hot during day-time and midsummer, with outside temps in high thirties. More shade could be provided in future.

This is a great stop for overnighting while travelling between Namibia and South Africa. The check-in process was quick and easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also great. It's not directly in town, but close. And there is easy access to the N7.

The bed is a bit short for taller people. I'm 6ft3 and my feet did hang over the end of the bed. But it should be fine for most people.

Springbok Inn is an establishment that offers excellent facilities, people and services. This was our first visit to this place and in our opinion, it stands head and shoulders above other establishments we have visited in the vicinity. We would recommend it without hesitation.

What could have been better? Not much, but we did find the noisy kids inside the restaurant disturbing. A quiet word to the parents from management might have helped but then again, we live and let live!

The Restaurant was exceptional with their service and quality of food. The morning breakfast was really great with a variety to choose from.

The TV channels was limited. It actually has SABC2 as a channel of choice and the rest not good. The WiFi connected and disconnected continuously. The WiFi was of no use. The room had many mosquitoes and found it difficult to sleep due to this.
