Booked last minute, had no idea abot this area or hotel, I just liked the photo with the lake. Wow, I was really enchanted by the lake and the mountain backdrop, it was very stunning. In the morning, with the sun rising, birds tweeting, and the still waters, I really wanted to be on a canoe in the middle of the lake and just absorb that energy. The staff are excellent, all of them from the reception to the restaurant. What I requested was given and I really appreciated them and the service in the hotel is five star all the way :)-

The bathroom had a very bad smell and the bathtub has seen better days, maybe needs a little renovation and upgrade. There was no room service option. I missed breakfast even though it was included in my rate, I would have really liked it in my room. I value privacy and peace in the mornings. It wasn't the end of the world but I wouldn't have mind to pay more for this service. There were large groups and it was very busy so quite noisy for me. I suppose in the Summer I can imagine its packed to the full at this hotel, I guess I did not expect it to be so busy in February. In any case, it all ended well and I had a very good rest. I don't hesitate to recommend to anyone to visit if in Catalonia.

Ideally located for us on our motorbike journey to and from Morocco. The hotel is has an excellent location. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, appointed with all the standard facilities. Off road parking for our bikes was a plus. The staff we met were engaging and friendly. We ate both evening meals and breakfasts in the buffet restaurant, and this was good value for us and got us out and on the road happy.

We had a very pleasant stay at Terradets. Beautiful location with a large pool that has a view over the lake and mountains. The room was clean, comfortable and had a modern/new look. The large breakfast and dinner buffet were of good quality and were included in our reservation. Staff was very helpful and friendly, they gave us recommendations for activities in the surrounding area. There is plenty to do/ discover in the area by car.

On one of the days the pool was quite busy because of "outside visitors". It wasn't really an issue, just had to wait for a little bit for a sunbed.

The hotel is set in a very picturesque setting with a back drop against the lake. The swimming pool is substantial and great for serious swimming or just splashing about! The staff were helpful , polite & addressed any questions we had. Definitely a location to stay at again, next time with better planning so as to enjoy the area & hotel facilities more. Recommended to families & couples alike.

Nothing to dislike.

It is situated in a beautiful area, and we had a view over the lake and pool. The room was clean and comfortable, and of a good size . We enjoyed our half board evening meal, although my husband would have preferred his to have been hotter

There was no obvious alternative entry to the hotel other than a flight of around 12 steps. A bit of a challenge for me. When needing to access restaurant from the hotel we had to go outside, down a few more steps, and in at another entrance.

Reception staff very welcoming. Modern well equipped room. Secure garage parking for motorcycles. Fantastic views from the terrace and restaurant. Good all day cafeteria. A very good breakfast - an excellent selection which compensated for the negative points. Isolated, peaceful location

The standard room is on the small side. A lakeside location in the mountains: when we visited (June) the flies were a nuisance when sitting outside. There was a limited menu available in the cafeteria when we ordered, waiting for the restaurant buffet would have been a better option.

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere right next to a lake with fantastic views. It was very busy when we arrived, not realising it was a Spanish bank holiday so the poolside was quite busy too. We had a very good evening meal and breakfast, both with lots of choice from the self service. It is very good value for money. The room was comfortable with a small balcony over looking the pool and a mountain view.

Nothing really. We only had a one night stay so was not able to check out the local area.

This was a pleasant surprise. Very clean, restaurant food very good. Breakfast very good. Garage for motorbikes. Beautiful view. Refreshing large pool. Very comfortable bed.

I would advise asking for a room not at front of hotel because of road noise. There were a lot of flies around the pool area so some sort of repellent would be good.

I didn't find anything I didn't like. Have stayed at the Terradets a few times over the years, and the only thing that caused any inconvenience was the restaurant opened for dinner at 9pm. I'm pleased to see the time is now 8pm for evening meals.

Rooms were comfy and nicely renovated. The guest lounge with fireplace was cozy and fun. And we really enjoyed the 3 course menu in the restaurant.

No coffee, tea making facilities in the room. Bar food wasn’t the best. Would be nice addition to have spa /fitness facilities.
