I am going to start off with how kind, informative, courteous, James front desk man was . We were going to graduation he gave us a umbrella I forgot how unpredictable the weather was in West Texas. THANK YOU JAMES we sure needed standing in line to get in!! It was a eventful weekend he handle ALL events with grace, quick thinking, 1st fire alarm went off 1st night I personally thought we are having a tornado. : ( 2nd night we a thunderstorm knock out electricity he gave us a flashlight. So, Mr. James THANK YOU for your kindness, quick thinking , we greatly appreciated it!!!.

I was disappointed that the swimming pool/hot tub were closed due to remodeling . 3rd parties need to inform people that's basically why we booked there the hot tub. In West Texas heat you need a swimming pool.

The room was large, and I slept good every night. The kitchen is a good plus. The refrigerator has an ice maker and it produces plenty of ice. The laundromat inside the hotel is free and that's a plus as well

I was not informed at checkin that they only service my room once a week. Communication is preferred.

Excellent value for the price. It’s really close to Monahans Sandhills State Park, which was perfect for us. They allow free use of laundry facilities—bring your own detergent, of course—and that was a huge bonus! Having our own kitchen was awesome too. The staff was incredibly friendly.

Nothing major to complain about.

I think there was mold in the air conditioning, we woke up with huge headaches. When we left the room for the days the headaches went away then came back the longer we were in the room.

The front staff was awesome. Very Polite and professional. Breakfast was to my standards. The room was very spacious.

That there was not a place to pull up to check in. A horse shoe drive way.

Rooms were very spacious. Loved the grilling area. Access to dining very close. Staff were great

Some of the furniture and floor has stains. Ice maker didn’t work.

Normally when we stay at hotels breakfast is included, and since there is not a whole lot around this location it would be nice if it would have been.

It’s kind of close to everything I needed eg restaurants , gas stations, etc

The sofa bed had some crumbs and little pieces of chips and some plastic utensils

Everything was really great and comfortable kitchen ,sofa and room were great

Restrooms was not properly clean and there was hairs (looked like pubic hairs) in bathtub, but other than that everything was great

It's all good

Shower curtain is too short
