-Hotel Wifi improved a lot since my last stay. It was very fast, while in other stays was extremely bad. -Gym has a lot of equipment. Very good. -Locations is great because it's close to the market and on top of a small shopping mall which can offer some food options, including some western ones. -Japanese style toilets in the bathrooms is awesome.

-Not many of the staff spoke English. That is a problem, as many guests are foreigners visiting the market. I think Front desk staff and concierge should always speak english. -Gym was super crowded because they allow people that are not guests to use it. So had to take turn with people from outside the hotel at a lot of the machines. -Gym is like a SAUNA. I think the AC was set at least 26º Celsius. Imagine this with a gym full of people. Unbearable. -Breakfast is not bad. But for the level of this hotel chain, you would expect better. It's just average. -Hotel smells of cigarettes in some places because of how many people smoke in prohibited areas.

Loved the upgraded room. The location to Yiwu Market District was great, the breakfast was delicious and the japenese Down stairs was delicious and the staff were very helpful. Also a great bar with a great view

The fridge was smelly and not cold. The Lobby bar down stairs has soooo much potential however no one speaks any English and you must use translate on your phone. This wouldn't ever be a deal breaker for me though as my husband and i see it as so much fun. however to work in this industry I believe a bit more knowledge of some simple yes, no, ice, etc would help

Fast check-in, staff were friendly and accommodating, great location with shopping mall directly linked to hotel. Taxi service was efficient and inexpensive, weather was great everyday, (I like the heat)...

As a guest at the hotel, I was pleased to find that my request for a non-smoking room was honored. However, during my stay, I occasionally detected a faint scent of cigarette smoke in the hallways. Thankfully, this did not affect the comfort of my room. It's a reminder, no fault of the hotel, that despite clear regulations, adherence by some people can sometimes be an issue.

The breakfast was outsanding and first class. Big varietey on European and Chinese style breakfast. The quality is excellent. My business partner invited me together with his family for a Chinese dinner in the hotel Restaraunt. I can´t remember how many differrent dishes duck, chicken, pork, sea food vegetables we had on our huge table. They gave us a spepperate room. jus for us. The room was really nice and the food was outstanding. A nice evening I will never forget.

The Breakfast was very nice, also the fact that we could sit near a window. The room was beautiful, and the bathroom too. On top of the hotel is a hotpot restaurant, very Chinese speaking only and expensive, but a good and nice experience. This restaurant does not belong to the hotel.

The room smells a bit as if someone was smoking. Also the bathroom was a bit mouldy. That is a problem that I experienced also the other time that I stayed there. It is hard for the hotel to ask Chinese people not te smoke in the non smoking room.

Always get the Horizon Club room - it’s so convenient being able to have breakfast and evening drinks and snacks before and after work in the market

Only thing we would suggest is more variety of food in the lounge - we stayed about 8 nights over 12 days and the food was almost the same every night - need some variety

That hotel is one of the best in the world ! It’s the 7th time I visit and it’s keeping the same quality level in every time , really recommend on it

only two things that are not perfect are the Lobby short time working, they close at around 21:00 , too early , the 2nd thing that most improve is the lobby sofa fabrics that really dirty and looks bad, every time that I come to that perfect hotel …. I think to my self … why don’t they see how bad it’s looks

Upgraded to a suite absolutely brilliant great breakfast location for market ideal 5 minutes walk At least 29 Restaurants for all nationality’s plus most fast food shops The hotel has a walk through to a 5 level shopping mall open from 10 to 10pm

The breakfast was poor, the breakfast was not in line with the expectations from a international chain of hotels, the breakfast was very local food oriented, so foreign travelers will be disappointed. Shangri La being a international chain of hotels, I stayed there expecting food to be of International flavors... so I am very disappointed, at the least the breakfast has to be proper.
